Dr. Ramadan is a compassionate care provider who takes his time in explaining things. His exam is very thorough and his points are very clear. I had a terrible pain in my knee and he managed to point out the health approach needed to relieve my pain. Thank you!

Nice doctor. Seemed thorough. However, his front office is the WORST. Typical hold time is 15-20 minutes before you even have a human on the line. Once you do have a human and have questions for the doctor, the ball is consistently dropped with no follow-up, leaving you to once again be on hold for 15 minutes. Records and referrals are not sent when they said they would be, calls by the nurse are not returned. Just the worst service i have ever experienced with a doctors office.
