I’m very upset with the so called help I am getting at this office. I called many times and never got a call back. The only way I got anything done was to go in person. The last time I went, Dr. Wahba asked me how I’m doing with my CPAP. I NEVER GOT A CPAP. He doesn’t even know what he’s talking about! He told me I have COPD! When I was there, my lungs were clear. Does COPD just suddenly vanish? All he did was have me inhale and exhale, tapping my shoulder and telling me my lungs were fine. That was the extent of my examination. I have to find a new doctor immediately! I will be going to this office with a written letter to give them my request for my records so I can find another doctor who can treat me properly for my condition. This is ridiculous!

I started seeing Dr Wahba in 2014 . He has always taken the time to explain my problems and tries to explain what my problems will be in the future. I have been on a Cpac since 2009 . He always asks if I have any problems with it. I see many Drs. And specialist and he is one I consider Top Notch. Has diagnosed several health problems others didn’t. I don’t think he worries about money . Patients are his priority. His assistant is well qualified also. When there are as many patients waiting to be seen that’s a sign they know what they are doing , just follow recommendations and orders to get relief and satisfaction.

Practice FEEDBACK
Have been a patient for close to ten years…have endured appointments scheduled at wrong office without my knowledge, inability to have calls returned, turnover of staff and the final straw today was waiting in the examination room for one and one half hours to see the Doctor…never saw the Doctor…I left the office at that point. It’s obvious that this practice over schedules appointments and has lost the goal of excellent PATIENT CARE. Too many other options and don’t have to deal with this cavalier attitude toward patients.

These people are not very prepared.
12 people sitting in a waiting room is not what I call good service. I have been going to this Quack for 4 months and only seen his PA. And she recommended that I get an oral appliance. My primary thinks that’s stupid because I have severe sleep apnea.

Don’t waste your time
The office is difficult to find because it sits next to a vacant office. I’ve been to abandoned homes that were cleaner. The office smells of mold. It is dirty and neglected. The paneling and old flooring plus furniture that is worn and dirty. The office was not the worst part of my experience. I spent the next 3 weeks after my appointment trying to get someone to contact me as to next step. There was zero follow thru.

"Dirty dirty office. Incompetent staff. Dr has no clue why you are there. He does allot of walking around as if he is lost. Does not know why you are there. Does not read your chart. Office staff is always in chaos and no one knows what the other is doing." This says it best, they literally ignore you, they don't care about your issues, instead they tell YOU how you feel. Pump you with medication. My last visit, I voiced my concern, the doctor truly said "Fine! File for SSDI and I'll see if I can find you another doctor" and he stormed out. At the desk I was asked when I'm coming back, if I needed refills and so on and I told them, "No idea, he stormed out." This place is a joke, I've wasted a year of my life, feel more defeated than when this all started, they care little about you and just about the revolving door of money.

Terrible. Schedules too many patients at once, and I'm sure is raking in money. Staff unsure what has already been done. The other day I went in for a followup after reporting two months ago that my CPAP wasn't comfortable. Dr. Wahba came in and asked if I use my inhaler every day. I had told him I use it only before strenuous exercise. He excused himself to get more records, came back and asked the same question. He excused himself again and never came back. I walked out. No contact si

Went to Dr W. for breathing issue. The unprofessional assistant did a test. Was recommended for sleep study. Ins. will not cover. Did the at home study. No resolve. Dr. W. recommended a bronchoscope at Halifax. Put completely under and very invasive!! I was told Halifax does not record this procedure. (lie) And I was charged full cost. Over $10,000!! He acts as if he does not care and I will never encourage anyone to this office!!!! Sooo I have no base line recording for future reference!!!!

Saw Dr. Wahba 11/14/16 because husband who suffers from Pulmonary Fibrosis (Interstitial Lung Disease) has labored breathing, coughs his head off, lost 25 lbs in 2 months, no appetite and very weak. Dr had husband complete breathing analysis after listening to chest. Dr orders in office SLEEP STUDY! A sleep study? My poor husband can't breath, is weak, coughs like crazy - HE NEEDED OXYGEN which he never got. Btw insurance denied sleep study request. Totally ineffective, DON"T RECOMMEND at all.

Office staff is always in chaos and no one knows what the other is doing. No call back or follow up. Rude uncaring staff. Was first told my husband did not sleep long enough to complete his sleep study then told he did sleep long enough by another staff member. Now being told he did not sleep long enough.
