I was referred to Dr. Reynolds by a co-worker after my previous family doctor made me wait over 2 hours past my appointment time before being seen. While I can be seen quickly by Dr. Reynold's office, I find he is dismissive of my concerns. I question whether or not the medications he put me on are necessary. On my last visit, no one in the office was wearing masks and it appears from other reviewers that Dr. Reynolds does not believe COVID is real. I will not be returning.

He doesn't believe COVID-19 is real- posted a sign about how it is a "media hoax". No one in the office was wearing masks. Will not return.

There are truly great doctors out there. Dr. Wade Reynolds is not one of them. I have wasted hundreds of dollars after several appointments with Dr. Reynolds only to receive zero help. After three appointments the piece of wisdom Dr. Reynolds offered was, "I only know a little bit about a lot of things. But you should probably go see someone who knows a lot about a few things". Every appointment I had with Dr. Reynolds he was rude and arrogant. When you speak, you can tell that Dr. Reynolds isn't listening. He is impatient and puts little to no care into treating his patients. At the end of every appointment I had with Dr. Reynolds I would still be asking him questions and he would proceed to walk out of the door. I wouldn't trust Dr. Reynolds with a stethoscope, let alone the health and well-being of your son or daughter. He goes to work everyday only to collect a paycheck. He should be ashamed of the quality of healthcare that he provides.

Accepting new patients and the ease of scheduling appointments isn’t a good thing at this practice! Staff, especially Lynn is rude. I often wondered why I was the only one in the waiting room and in and out in 15 minutes...now I see why! Patient care is not a priority at this practice. Basic care (sore throat or ear infection) is the only thing I would trust them treating me for at this practice, and that’s even a maybe!

Dr.Reynolds is a rare breed in the medical field of today. Takes time and listens to his patients. Has a wonderful staff and always been treated with the up most respect. I am a self pay patient. Have been seeing him for years and his diagnosis has always been correct. I am thankful for him and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds and his staff for your primary care.

Cannot say enough about Dr. Reynolds's expertise. He was the 5th doctor that I had seen to diagnose a shoulder issue which manifested in the neck. He was able to refer me quickly to a stand up MRI in Charlotte and get me back to health. The office is great and hardly ever have to wait. Highly recommended.

I went to Dr Reynolds with a burn on my leg for wich I was provided Crete and told to keep it wrapped. Two days later when I called to inform him the pain and swelling was worse he told me there was nothing else he would do for me because it wasn't that bad. I finally went to th emergency room where they couldn't believe Dr Reynolds sent me home with third degree burns nearly costing my leg. I also had two blood clots near the burn wich could have cost me my life.
