Dr. Wade Han, MD

I wish someone had warned me about Dr. Han, which is why I’m leaving this review. I had many negative experiences with both him and his staff over 11 months related to the septoplasty he performed. His front office was rude and dismissive whenever I had simple scheduling, billing, or medical questions. The surgery didn’t deliver the promised results: my septum is still visibly bowed, blocking one nostril. Dr. Han seemed arrogant and lacked curiosity about my anatomy, which may have contributed to the poor outcome. He dismissed my questions with “Don’t worry, it will be perfectly straight,” and post-op blamed allergies rather than the clearly crooked septum. He called me a perfectionist for expecting the results he promised. After firing me as a patient, he admitted to OVERPROMISSING, something he never said before surgery, and which misguided my decision to have the surgery. Though technically skilled, his attitude, communication, and staff and the outcome made this a bad experience.

I was extremely pleased with this practice. He was able to solve a turbinate issue completely and without any invasive treatment that was suggested by other ENTs. Excellent allergy tester too.

Good doctor I moved to Orlando from MD last year and I had this chronic left ear infection for months. I saw him and just like that it was gone.????

I visited Dr. Han in Aug of 21 because an Audiologist wanted me to visit an ENT because of my asymmetric hearing loss to make sure there was nothing medically wrong. Dr. Han sent me to have an MRI and scheduled the follow up appointment. I had explained to Dr. Han that my hearing loss was long term and I had just gotten to a point where I'd like correction. On my follow up he scheduled me for both a visit with him and his audiologist. This is two separate fees. I was under the impression that this would be for a check of my hearing as well as a discussion around fitting for hearing aids. After the hearing screening, which was identical to the screening I brought with me I was informed that a hearing aid fitting would be another appt. I decided to try a different type of device and it didn't work out. In Feb 2022 I requested a medical clearance to be fitted by another hearing center. Dr Han is refusing because its been more than six months. No medical reason has been given!

I am not saying Dr han is a bad guy or doctor. Just they are short staffed an all out to lunch at same time for one and a half hours. Well. U snooze you lose. During his lunch hour. I did find another Dr who does same at half his price. They gave me a chance to shop around and for that I thank them very much.

The woman who conducted the hearing test told me in a very unfeeling manner that my severe hearing loss was permanent, the kind you do not recover from. Upon questioning Dr. Han, he back peddled and said we could try steroids before we give up hope. He did not address my other symptoms like swollen glands in my throat or inflamed throat. Since my visit, my hearing has significantly returned. I have lost trust in this doctor and will not return I will be seeing another ENT.

I had an appointment with Dr. Han for an ear wax removal procedure. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable through out the procedure. The staff was very attentive and nice. I would definitely recommend Dr. Han to anyone.

Dr Han is extremely knowledgeable and shows great skills to date in the implementation of his procedures. Medical staff is wonderful and thorough. This practice is very state of the art and I would recommend Dr Han to anyone today.

Highly professional staff and lovely waiting rooms. Dr. Han is the best ENT doctor I've ever been to. He isolated and resolved my medical concerns in an expeditious fashion while easing me through the entire procedure in a very caring manner. Thank you Doctor Han!

Dr. Han saw me for maybe 3 minutes tops! (I would say 1 minute but that may be an exaggeration). He didn't aske ME anything, not even my name, seriously, nothing! He looked at my ear while the nurse was briefing him on my case and after not finding anything, he prescribed 3 different types of antibiotics after which he said: "If that doesn't take care of it come back in 10 days". !!!???

Dr. Han performed surgery for a deviated septum and turbinate reduction. After surgery I wasn't able to return to work for 2 months due to extreme pain and headaches. Immediately after surgery I developed an eye infection the opthalmologist said it may be due to the surgery. My same sinus problems still persisted after surgery. I went to a different ENT after and had another surgery which fixed the problem. The new doctor said I had a lot of scar tissue due to the first surgery.

I recently had Sinuplasty for a longtime lingering infection. I have been running fevers and chills on and off as well as headaches that never go away. After over 40 days of different antibiotics I was sent to Dr. Han. He and his staff are amazing. Of course I was scared... Minor surgery in my face while awake! However, I must say it wasn't bad at all. Throughout, Dr. Han was super sweet about it and let me sit up between each step. I would do it again! I feel I have my life back! Thank you!!

Dr. Han and his staff are very professional and friendly. Anytime I have a sinus issue I wont even think about going to anyone else but Dr. Han. Allison and Diane awesome and the rest of his staff.

I went to Dr.Han with super bad sinuses and a really bad deviated septum and he surely fixed it for me and I also got a little cosmetics done while I was at it but I am absolutely satisfied and happy with my results. I was very nervous at first but he assured me everything would be fine and he was not lying. I am in love with my new nose, he did a phenomenal job. I definitely recommend him, thank you Dr.Han!

You will wait forever in the tiny waiting room that is always over crowded because all he cares about is making $$. When you are finally seen he walks in talks way too fast and leaves in a matter of 2 mins or less and in those 2 minutes he talks over you and pushes for his in office procedure or in office CT scan because all he cares about is making $. UNPROFESSIONAL dont be fooled by his sweet appearance.
