Recently I have been hospitalized at Baptist Health Hospital for surgeries 3 different times, and each time, "Dr. Y" has attended me as the hospital floor doctor. I've witnessed him work under intense pressure with a full-capacity hospital and short-staffed conditions, yet he consistently rendered his expertise with patience and attentiveness. I always found him approachable, and he has kindly answered all of my questions and concerns. I love his subtle humor. He has always treated me and the staff (with whom he works) with dignity and respect. Bukus to Dr. Y!

Did not bill insurance, did not bill me personally, didn't know there was outstanding debt until sent to collections. Very unprofessional!
