Dr. W Luce, MD

Horrible. He is arrogant, rushed, and aloof. I spent thousands of dollars with this man who when I asked him questions about the many expensive labs he ordered, would tell me to call the company who performed the labs - that he doesn't know a lot about them. He never helped me in any way and I believe he uses the shotgun approach and puts everyone through the same series of expensive tests, only to hit the target once in a while, but always raking in a whole lot of cash for himself.

Dr. Luce is not for everyone. IF you are interested in going deep, and I mean truly deep - he may be one of a few dozen doctors in America who can help uncover what is ailing you. In my case, he helped clean up my body of heavy metals, parasites, and candida, which led to an emergence from anxiety and inflammation. He was a functional medicine doctor before the term functional medicine was even in existence. He may be the original functional medicine doctor. He taught me the Krebs Cycle, and healed my gut, which in turn healed everything. My doctor at Boulder Medical Center diagnosed none of these issues, and rather just offered up anti-depressants. I'm not exaggerating in saying that Dr. Luce may well have saved my life. I trust Dr. Luce emphatically to study labs and uncover the root cause of the problem.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Arrogant, does not listen, self absorbed, does not follow through, and has his own agenda and it's not you. Did not follow up on two poor stress tests. Was my PCP for a while and he never called me after I told his staff that I had a heart attack.

Probably the most arrogant cocky human in medicine. I'd have let his arrogance slide if he was good at what he did but after 2 years of visiting him he missed a blatant Lyme diagnosis. His diagnosis was that it was pretty much all in my head. Incredible considering he supposedly has training in infectious disease. To experience the arrogance one just needs to make an appt and read the sign he posts above his door.

Dr. Luce has solved more of my health issues than all physicians I'd seen in my first 40 years combined. He has also recommended specialists that have all been extremely effective. At 49, I finally feel as though my health is excellent and is being monitored by the best in the business.

Have been seeing for years. Very caring, attentive and extremely interested in keeping you healthy as well as managing your conditions with medications and /or supplements. On cutting edge of medicine.

Dr Luce is deeply knowledgeable about the world of healing. He takes a compassionate interest in his patients overall well-being, both short-term and long-term. His office is not a revolving door, but rather one where doctor and patient build a relationship. Dr Luce uses both traditional and alternative approaches in finding the best outcomes for his patients. He is a rare find in what has become today's world of corporate sponsored medicine.

I saw Dr Luce for so many years and he was the best! He is compassionate and very smart! My insurance changed and I can no longer see him and I miss his caring, wise and healing presence as my doctor.
