Excellent doctor and good bedside manner
Dr. James is patient and takes her time communicating with families. I never feel like she’s rushing. I always feel comfortable that she will have the right plan when my child is sick or know the right doctor to refer us to. She’s done an excellent job managing my child’s asthma and has kept him well controlled and out of the hospital for multiple winters. It’s easy to get in for sick visits.

Dr. James continues to stay current in the field of medicine by attending various medical conferences. She is extremely knowledgeable and spends a lot of time not only with us as parents (getting to know us and educating us about illnesses), but she also gets to know our kids. She spends time with each one, asking questions and has always been extremely thorough. Coming from the clinical chemistry/IVD field myself, she has been wonderful for my kids who have CVID, asthma and allergies.
