I just want to say shame on you for saying that terrible stuff about Stephanie I been going to that office for almost 3 years and EVERYTHING you said was not even close to being true people need to realize she has a job that requires her to do many things at once she can't just sit there and stare at wall people she has to answer the phones make appointments get faxs sent send faxs referrals all that stuff she does and she does Great she tried her hardest to make the appointments that fit your schedule you need to get in for something she will fit u in ASAP so I don't think that negative post about her was necessary and I think u should think about taking it down that's not ok to put up something that is absolutely far from the truth ??! So thank u Stephanie and Dr A again for the amazing job you both do getting things done and especially you Stephanie you are the clue to that office people don't realize that I guess it's not hard to see but I seen you do it all!!!

I've been coming here 10 years or so . I believe my first visit was in 2013. We have our ups and downs especially with me I'm dual diagnosis " PTSD and trauma with manic episodes of impulsivity and hyperverbal" and " opioid dependence" I took some time off to clear up some things that I needed to get my life on track but came back after taking a month off. There were new nurses and that's ok that just means "bit@#" Stephanie at the front desk has more time to rudely talk about patients to the nurses " isn't there a" HIPAA" law because when I turned the corner after seeing doc she was WHISPERING " HES CRAZY, HES CRAZY" to the nurses and I was standing right there. CRAZY TAKES ON MANY FORMS . I work,I struggle at times and my SAFE PLACE WITHOUT JUDGEMENT SHOULD BE WITH YOU GUYS THANK YOU FOR THE SLANDER AND DIAGNOSIS...I work actually in the field of military defense and module contracts so yeah that's pretty crazy and the 9 panel randoms I pass too. New lawsuit material if you ask me.

Dr. A has been our family doctor for 30+ years, and he is one of the few doctors who take the time to know his patients. He will spend the time to listen and explain.

I am very happy to have a Dr. who is caring for his patients, he takes his time with me and his front office staff is very helpful when I need to have referrals done she is always cheerful and kind to the patients.

Terrible experience dirty office no regard for patients concerns thinks Americans are lazy stupid and fat his greatest concerns are for Trumps America and politics instead of healthcare or treatment. PLEASE STAY AWAY

Dr. Alagappan is the most knowledable and ethical doctor we have ever been to. We have been going to him for over 20 years following him from Caledonia to Avon. He’s honest and caring and will spend as much time with you as needed. Some times you have to wait but it’s worth it as you know he is doing the same for his other patients. He will explain things so you understand and provide material for additional learning. We wouldn’t trust our care to anyone else.

I love Dr. Alagappan!!! He will sit with u no matter how long it takes for u to understand all your options and what's happening!!! He is definitely one of the many few doctors that listens and wants to know his patients not just their health!!! I have been going to him for 2 plus years and am very happy!!! The secretary is a bit rude but besides that he is amazing!!!

I really like Doctor Alaggppan. He really cares about his patients. He takes a lot of time to answer all your questions and to make sure you really understand what he is saying. My health has greatly improved since seeing him.

Dr. Alagappan is outstanding. He takes time with you and makes sure you know ALL options. The staff is also ready to help in anyway. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Alagappan

Horrible staff. I've had a first patient visit scheduled for almost 3 months now and they called yesterday and didn't leave a msg. I called back today to confirm my appointment next Thursday and they said that they have to push it out another month! I explained I'm a diabetic and that they already had this pushed out 3 months. They then very rudley said "fine same day 10am" and hung up on me. I called back thinking she didn't mean to hang up on me
