My husband who is 70, had a bicycle accident and was seen by Dr Shvartsman. His assessment of my husband was great. He ordered X-rays which were done in the same visit. Here lies the big problem....,no follow through. No call, no email, no message. So now we r almost a week out and despite calls and KP “urgent” messages sent to Dr Shvartsman, no response. So my husband has been almost a week (unable to use his arm and chest/rib pain). Am ready to take him to the ER, due to the lack of response and follow through. I have already filed a complaint with KP Customer service, but even that did not generate a response from this physician.

Good doctor but has trouble with a shared patient - doctor relationship in determining healthcare and no understanding of specific gay male health needs.
