While my Medical Care at Encompass was excellent I'm totally frustrated with proving to billing that my secondary insurance made full payment for six dates of service. I now received a second bill and called the phone number on the statement & the so called Billing Specialist has to respond. I've been told that the four times I called. I faxed proof & even mailed hard copies to prove payments. I don't know what else to do.

Billing
I accidentally double paid. This was confirmed by the Dr & billing staff. The Dr apologized up & down. He assured me he would reimburse me immediately. That was several months ago. I believe he must be away from the office for not following through on his promise. His billing staff agree that it's simply wrong on his part.
