Dr. Vladimir Krichevsky, MD

My wife and I were Dr. Krichevsky's patients for a long time, he is a very good doctor, but we saw his office staff and their 'services' deteriorate tremendously over the years. Irrespective of your scheduled appointment time, they make you wait for hours, misplace your test results and often being rude to patients, not to mention extremely long waiting list for appointments - I called in early March and was offered appointment for... mid-June!! - This is unacceptable!

What an amazing and pleasant doctor with great bedside manners! Makes you feel very comfortable, explains well and all the imaging and testing done in the office on the same visit! Very very nice experience! Highly recommend this smiley doctor!

front desk does not give messages to the Dr, they lose tests which they themselves tell you to do in the office. No responsibility for their actions, they pile patients like sardines so be ready to spend an hour in waiting room at least

Very unprofessional staff! I was told that my specimen was never send from office and it’s lost after I was calling many times. Anastasiya, secretary was rude and hanged up the phone on me several times.

I called Dr. Krichevsky’s office because of a medical emergency; he was booked for the whole day but Irina, the receptionist, managed to squeeze me in. During my visit, all the tests were done, the diagnosis was established, and the medication was prescribed. I am very happy with Dr. Krichevsky and his team!

Terrible office! I made an appointment two weeks ahead but anyway I had to wait an hour until somebody took care about me. Then an assistant start conversation with me but in few minutes he ran away and another person start questioning me from the beginning. Bad attitude, rude personal, dark dusty place. Why should I respect this team if they do not respect their patients?

After making an appointment at a certain time this place makes you wait for over an hour. There is zero customer service or responsibility. If you have the whole day to sit and wait after you made an appointment at a certain time- this is the place to be. They literally don't care if you made an appointment with them, they will take you an hour and a half later.

ront desk horrible! Put me on hold on 5 Min and then hung up! worst doctor I ever seen he doesn’t know what going on, first visit diagnosed me prostatis gave antibiotics after two weeks came again with pain and he said that I don’t have prostatis and directed me to gastroenterologist but my diagnose was prostatis!! Don’t waste your time and money!!!

What a great dr. He is very attentive and addresses all concerns. He takes his time and is extremely thorough. Very thankful for him further investigating underlying issues that others said was no concern. I would highly recommend him

Was pleasantly impressed having visited office of Dr. Krichevsky. He is experienced and competent specialist. Professionalism, attention and patience are fundamental in dealing with patients. He has the modern technology at his office to perform a preliminary ultrasound and other tests. His staff is a pleasure, as well. Excellent doctor, excellent office and staff. The care and treatment is above and beyond. He noticed a tumor on the kidney everyone else said don't worry it's probably nothing. it was something...! Thank you, Doctor Krichevsky!

All 3 visits were terrible. They have extremely inexperienced front desk staff that do not know how to work with insurance companies, nor do they know much. The manager of the office is extremely unprofessional and lacks integrity, lies all the time. The wait in this office is over an hour. I discovered the Dr. Krichevsky handling personal business matters in the back of the office while he had patients waiting for hours. There is fraud happening in this office, including the billing.
