Dr. Koren listens to you, and he thinks. He has helped me through many health problems. He spends the necessary time it takes to deal with your concerns. His staff of NPs is also very responsive. If you use MyChart, they respond very quickly.

Doctor and NP are fantastic, medical assistant very rude,. Definitely under staffed, seems very unorganized. Wait forever to get appointments

Covered all material and situations, usually covered in 2 - 3 vss, all at once. Perfect strategy for way forward. Efficient tactics from Nurse Practitioner for following up Doctor's statements regarding way forward. Follow up in 2 months well paced. I feel very comfortable and encouraged with this keen medical professional. I like and trust him as a person, too.

Dr. Koren is an exceptional clinician. He oversees programs that utilize top notch provides, including hospitalists (MDs and DOs), PAs and NPs. He requires his staff to implement national best practices as set forth by The Joint Commission and Massachusetts Department of Public Health. His staff is held to the highest standards and he does hold them accountable.

Doctor Koren has been my primary for almost a year. I have been in 3 times. Once for a routine checkup (to MEET Him!), once for a referral, and once with an illness. Every time, the nurse practicioner saw me and Doctor Koren did not. A few months ago I requested a Covid booster due to my pending expeosure to large crowds through my work. Dr Koren rejected my request and I got Covid during the work. Im not sure what else to say but this experience has not been positive and I am moving elsewhere for care that actually feels like CARE.
