From regular visits and needed to see the doctor on new issues, well received and helpful advice.

As soon as we arrived they started with paperwork. Staff was professional and friendly with my son. Dr Pacold arrived at the room right away. She answered all questions I had even recommended tips to prepare Neal's for Jhalon. All i have to say is Thank you very much.

Although she might be a little late to her scheduled visits, I understand why. She takes the time to listen to my needs and gives me good information. She surpases my expectations of what a real good doctor should be.

Doctor also sees my 3 grandchildren. I think she is a very good doctor. She listens to you then gives you her suggestions as to what you should do

She's a smart and easy to understand about explaining all the problem about my health.

She was wonderful and pleasant. I really love how she explained everything and took her time and made sure that you understood her approach. The office staff is amazing, even when busy they will make sure you are taken care of! I would recommend her always to family and friends. What a pleasant first visit. I can see why this doctors office only has 2 stars! Their staff is very rude, and argue even yell at you over the phone, then transfer you to an even worse person! They treat my elderly father terribly! I called and was treated like crap! The doctor herself has made my father feel like he’s asking too many questions or giving her too much information. Customer service is terrible! They don’t admit their wrongs and blame previous staff member! This is such a shame!

Stated on my visit summary that I had a chlamydia test without a pee sample and kept insisting I get a Pap smear when I stated various times that I was NOT sexually active. Also stated that I had blood in my urine (suggesting UTI) when they didn’t have me pee in a cup so ???

Be prepared to wait. There is a long wait to schedule an appointment (about a month out) and there is a long wait on your appointment day. Even if I'm 20 minutes early, I don't get seen till about 2 hours later. On a good day I can be in and out within 40 minutes that's only if I'm the first client of the day or after they get back from lunch. Oh! And make sure to take ALL your medications with you (even if she prescribed it), otherwise they won't see you and you will have to reschedule.

Respectful, caring, and not only tolerant of, but also knowledgeable, about natural remedies like herbs which interest me.

I nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Dr. Pacold and her staff. I found them all to be most accommodation, informed and professional in all aspects.

i made an appointment with her and they wouldnt take me in for 3 months. i tried calling because i was going to be a bit late due to my baby sitter and no one answered. i drove all the way out to cathedral city and was there 10 mins late. the receptionist was talking to a women for quite some time and i was very patient. I approached her and told her my appointment was at 9 and she told me i was over 15 mins late and id have to reschedule. she tried rescheduling me for more then a month out!
