Dr. Vivica Vollmer, MD

Dr Vollmer is an amazing doctor. She is very experienced, listen to all my medical issues and always finds a solution.I have been going to her for a long time and I am always pleasantly greeted.She also has a great sense of humor wich helps to feel at ease.Very fortunate to have her as my primary doctor. Thank you Dr Vollmer!

My husband, our two daughters, my mother and myself are all patients of Dr. Vollmer's. As far as Dr. Vollmer's care, we have never been disappointed with her responses, the care we have received and time spent with us is generous. She answers questions and explains things thoroughly. She has always been responsive and caring to us all. As for the staff, the office staff at times has been abrupt and not helpful with one of my daughters and they can be hard to reach but for the most part for myself and my husband, they have been helpful and we have not had any issues. Office waiting time has not been a problem and now with Covid restrictions you are basically seen at your appointed time. For me, Dr. Vollmer has been a lifesaver, I would recommend her to anyone who asks. As I read the other comments here I am puzzled at the responses. But I imagine we all have different experiences and situations.

My parents are both Dr Vollmer's patients and she instructed us to take my father to the ER as she could not see him. At the ER the resident MD realized my father needs assistance and my mom is not capabile of understanding. He reached out to us to intervene. We tried to notify Dr Vollmer by giving her a list of concerns the MD and we have and she refused to read the note and dismissed us stating she only has to listen to my mother who is elderly and easily confused. This is not how a professional should conduct herself; she should have read it then made a decision on what she should do with the information provided to her as a professional MD - I will try to have both my parents seen by a reputable MD who will not consider my parents just another number

To All, If you haven't found out already, most practices are packing people in like sardines......so be careful of you find comfort with.....once you're comfortable, you'll be lucky if you can see a Dr. in a timely fashion after you are in the system for awhile. Sadly, my mother has been attending Dr. Vollmer's office for almost 20 years. Now, my mom is deathly ill and we don't hear from her, a caring Dr. who got paid plenty from insurance over the years. She states she's keeping up and over

I could never recommend this doctor. Appointments take months to schedule and she has cancelled an hour prior to my appointment 3 times which means I take a half day off for nothing.

I used to recommend Dr. Vivian Vollmer but I will not any more. She doesn't spend any time with her patients like she used to. Now she has someone else do everything. She now talks down to you which she never did before.
