Dr. Vivian Sone, MD

Will blame you for her own faults.Refused to treat a bleb, claimed baby should have thrush -- pediatrician should check. Our pediatrician said this was a ridiculous diagnosis. Had to go to another doctor who ordered a mammogram instead and provided prescription for interim relief. When the bill came, Sone had charged me double compared to the other doctor from the same practice despite not (1) listening to me, (2) not even checking my symptoms and (3) keeping me waiting in pain till I got a pediatrician appointment which ended up being a fools errand.

My first visit with Dr Sone was great. She's attentive, easy to speak with and a great listener. Felt very comfortable with the dr and felt assured in her capabilities.

I will go any ware Dr. Sone is working, she is the best.

I will recommend all the doctors at this location . All health care professionals should treat their patients this well

Dr. Sone is a perfectionist. She takes her time and speaks to you. I have never felt more heard.

Dr. Sone is a great doctor but it's a shame she joined Caremount Medical. I have never dealt with an office more incompetent than this doctors office. You will never get anywhere if you have a question or need her to call in a prescription. You are dumped into a computer system and completely forgotten about.

I never write reviews, but for Dr. Sone, I have to. Because of my work schedule, I had been seen by many doctors at Caremount, I would make my appointments based on the drs that where available. After being scheduled with Dr. Sone, I felt so comfortable with her. She is exceedingly knowledgeble and at the same time, down to earth and relatable. I made a point to always request her going forward. I feel so lucky that she was able to deliver my baby. Dr. Sone is the best, hands down!

Dr. Sone seemed friendly and competent at first, but she was quick to prescribe birth control pills that were very expensive despite my plea for a generic that I could afford. When I went back to discuss other options because I had a lot of complications with the pills, she dismissed my interest in a nexplanon implant with disgust. She then tried to push more pills on me. To me, these are not the actions of a competent doctor who considers a patient's views and needs.

She seemed nice at first. Then, she used a non-resting blood pressure and a 3 lbs increase, (I was bloated and on my period) as reasons to not prescribe me birth control as hormone therapy because I'm very irregular and she had previously expressed concern that irregularity has a strong correlation to ovarian cancer. She also thought she had already prescribed it. Lastly, she asked if I had been diagnosed with PCOS; she's the Dr. who had me get two ultrasounds to check for cysts. Incompetent.
