Dr. Vivian Kim, MD

Due to sudden changes in my vision I was referred to Dr Kim at Advanced Retina Care. I spent 30 years of my life in an allied health profession so I knew this was potentially a very serious problem. From my first contact the entire team that Dr Kim has assembled was nothing less than exceptionally kind and professional, which helped to calm my nerves. The exam was more thorough than anything I have previously experienced. Everything was explained thoroughly as the team dialated my eyes, did vision tests, and took digital photos on high-end equipment. They were always checking as to my comfort and keeping me informed during short waiting periods, and always with a reassuring smile. When Dr Kim entered the process she was so reassuring and informative, a with a genuine concern for patients. She took the time to address every question. I left with a solid care plan with my anxiety dissipated and thanking God for Dr Kim and her incredible team.

Dr . Kim is just the best . We are so lucky to have her practicing medicine here in the valley. She will take as much time that is necessary to treat each patient. I am just so glad she is in Fresno.

I most certainly do!! Beyond Dr. K’s talent & abilities with eye surgery is a great staff as well. Together, they are a wonderful alternative to the VA. (In fhe VA referred her to me.)

Dr. Kim has been treating my medical condition for over a year. She has always treated me with respect and kindess. She is knowledgeable and professional in her interactions with me. Before my treatments started, the unknown of what I would have to deal with at my visits was very disconcerting, but Dr. Kim's calm demeanor in explaining everything helped me tremendously. Her office staff is genuinely kind and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and her staff.

Dr. Kim is organized in her office, timely in her visits, friendly, extremely helpful and she really knows her stuff! I actually left another practice in Fresno to follow her to her new practice. Today I was at her office and many other patients were speaking of her reliability for keeping appointments and seeing them in a timely manner. They had complaints of other doctors cancelling appointments and not following through with their regimen of shots they were supposed to be getting regularly.
