Dr. Vivian Jones, MD

Doctor Vivian Jones took the time to explain my lab results and ease my anxiety. We discussed a plan of action that was agreeable for both us to monitor my health plan moving forward. I was very skeptical prior to my appointment because I was transferring my care from another provider who didn't show concern for my care. It was very refreshing to experience Dr, Jones bedside manner.

Overall, to be my first appointment with the office of Dr. Vivian Jones I couldn't have asked for a better representation overall from the welcoming all the way to the service

She was cold and unconcerned not friendly at all.

Doctor is good

More concern about staying within billing guidelines. Became defensive when I relayed experience that contradicted her advice. Did not listen to questions about medications with side effects that could be minimized by working with another provider and ultimately answered with I can’t make you take the medication so do what you want. This is a medication that just earlier in the appointment she said helped prevent a heart attack or stroke! She bills herself as empathetic and compassionate but you don’t care if I have a stroke or heart attack? Why are you a doctor if you are going to say do what you want. Of course every patient has that right. Doctors are supposed to encourage the best course of action, not have an attitude of whatever. the best thing about this appointment was that her staff were genuinely nice and helpful which I appreciate. I will not be returning and I hope anyone who goes to her gets the doctor in those other reviews. I did not.

Horrible. Only cares about the money. Terrible patient care

Dr. Jones was very informative and gave me the best information for me to make the best medical decision for myself. I really enjoyed our interaction and I am grateful to have found a physician that I feel immediately comfortable with. I have already begun recommending my friends and family!
