I had two tests done at a diagnostic center. After 3 days I never got a call from the dr about the results. I finally called and an assistant called me back a day later there was a problem. This person could not answer all my questions I guess I wasn’t important enough to get 5 minutes of Dr. Proscia ‘s time to explain test results. I have been a patient of his for several years . Dr Proscia had No time to see me until November. DO NO GO TO DR PROSCIA I’ve never had a doctor not personally call you if there was a problem whether it be with your blood results etc. Do not go to Dr. Proscia find somebody else fast!

Very good doctor. Bedside manner is critical for me. Has a very likable disposition. You can tell he wants the news to be good. Thorough doctor. He explains whatever is needed to know. I’ve had two colonoscopies with him so far. Surgical center does a great job too. Lastly, confortabke office, nice staff, wait times have never been too long. Highly recommend him.

Dr Proscia is a great doctor. He listens and his staff calls me back with results and concerns that I may have. The Boca Office staff is great. I would recommend Dr Proscia for any GI problems. He is bust but worth the wait. He has other partners too who are wonder too.

Had 1st colonoscopy ever in Jan by Procia, which was 2.5 hours late (cuz he "arrived late" that am). He finally enters surgery room on his CELL phone w/o any acknowledgement to me. He continues on his cell call for another 10 minutes. I finally ask nurse if I should reschedule/leave? She interrupts call to ask: He slams down his phone yelling "JESUS CHRIST!" angry & becomes confrontational. I Informed office mgr. of incident. No explanation, apology from Procia. AWFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Dr Proscia and his staff are consummate professionals. from the pre-op meeting at his office, to prep day and followup after our colonoscopy procedure, they made an uncomfortable situation bearable. i Strongly Recommend that everyone over the age of 55 has this procedure.
