Dr. Kalidindi is a great doctor!!! He was on call the night my husband went to the ER. When he had to go back for a follow up.... it was a very bad experience with the front desk girl. She was so rude and hateful. If she treats everyone else like she treated us, it’s a wonder he’s even got a practice! After all we’d been through physically and emotionally, then meet up with the likes of her??Thankfully, we found another cardiologist who is also great and thank goodness his staff is just as great. Today, I had a bad experience in the clinic of Dr. Kaladindhi. I had an appointment with Dr on Friday, 8th of Nov at 11:30. Dr has an emergency case ,but the clinic did not inform me about this and when I reached there on time, he was not there. They did not even apologize for this mistake. Then I told them to schedule another appointment. They told me that the next available schedule is on Wednesday. I thought it is next week, so I said ok to the appoinment. But, when I went there the Wednesday, to the shock of my life, they said it not this Wednesday, but the Wednesday on the 20th of November. When I asked them about this they told me to lower my tone and leave. I had 2 very bad experiences in the clinic of Dr. Kaladindhi. They not even see that only heart patients will come to that clinic and talking rude to them will stress them out. I am sorry to say that this is my bad experience in any of the doctors clinic place in my life.

Office staff is horrible. Quoted one price when making the appointment and then billed a higher amount after the appointment was completed. Would never have made the appointment if the correct amount had been provided in advance.

Doctor is OK but office staff is worst. They told me for Stress testing I need to pay $30 as per their confirmation with my medical insurance team. They never mentioned it is estimation only. After few weeks I got bill of $400. When I enquired to insurance company they told me that doctor’s office only asked quote for office visit & not stress testing. Now office staff is telling me that my HR got benefits changed just before test. Not sure what’s going on here. Be careful before visiting

Dr. Kalidindi saved my life. I have been his patient since 2008. I live in far western Fort Worth, but I drive to Frisco to see him. The heart is such an essential component of life. I cannot imagine having to find another cardiologist. He listens to complaints and cares about recovery. If something needs a new test, he will set it up. When things are going well, he is happy that I am taking good care of myself. I have recommended Dr. Kalidindi to several friends and will continue to do so.
