No one is ever ready for the "C" word. My heart doctor recommended Dr Stark-Vance as being who he would go to for any cancer treatment. I am so glad we listened to him as Dr. Stark-Vance makes this process so much easier. Our first visit with her lasted for over 3 hours during which she answered every question we had. How many doctors do you know that will take that much time with you? Her practice is small but she is always available to answer any questions. She is a true professional and has been in the cancer business for many years. She treated me for lung cancer (contained) and I took my chemo treatments in her office. Her medical assistant is great and made the chemo treatments easier than I imagined. Thanks to Dr Stark-Vance, I am now cancer-free.

Doc (Dr. Stark-Vance) is the best physician I have ever worked for in my 29 years as a Medical Assistant. She is the most dedicated physician I have ever had the pleasure of working for. I learned a vast amount from her not only in terms of clinical skills but as a person. I highly recommend her to any family or individual who needs not only a top of her field oncologist but someone who will treat you or your family members like a family member. She is absolutely phenomenal!!!!!! If I ever need an oncologist she is the only one on the list as far as I am concerned. When I had the pleasure of working for her she was on staff at 7 different hospitals in Dallas as well as Ft. Worth and had an office in both cities. She is truly dedicated and offers the best care of any physician I have ever worked for and I honestly cannot think of one patient or family member who had anything negative to say about her. Truly a phenomenal physician and woman, an angel on disguise!!!!!!

BEST doctor around! Dr. Stark-Vance is like a family member to us. She takes much time with her patients and gives the most valuable information. She is caring and gives 110% of her life to her career. Her love for all her patients definitely shows through her care and concern. She has helped my husband twice with 2 different cancers and he is now in remission after almost 17 years. She has also helped my dad and led us in the right direction and he is now doing fantastic! I think Dr. Stark-Vance is the absolute greatest oncologist ever! We went through a few before being led to her. We believe that by finding her, is what saved several lives!!! Knowledgeable, Compassionate, Extraordinary are the three words I use to describe this Amazing lady. Dr. Stark-Vance goes above and beyond the call of duty. She gives no expiration date on a person's life and addresses each issue with concern and care. She has treated me for stage 4 Lung Cancer since 2012 and now treats my husband who has Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. We Pray for her daily and ask God to continue to guide her. We are Blessed beyond words to have this Angel in our life.

The best of the best! Dr Stark Vance has led the fight against stage 4 brain cancer in my husband for 14 YEARS! Diagnosed in 2002, he still has MRI s every 6 months and is monitored by Virginia. She is tireless in her love for her patients. With her encouragement, he also goes to Duke's Brain Tumor Clinic, but they have always agreed with her designed treatment plan. She is well known by the people fighting GBM and she was the one who pioneered the use of AVASTIN for brain tumors. ?? Dr SV!
