I selected Dr. Ferlan because of her experience in menopause management care. I appreciated her willingness to take the time to have an in depth discussion with me about my medical history and concerns as a new patient and before the exam. Her questions for me and her responses to my questions were very helpful and informative. She represents the doctor & patient communications most needed in our current volatile healthcare industry. Would not recommend
I personally would not recommend you see her the whole appointment felt very dismissive and I couldn’t properly explain my concerns and medical history. It was almost as she wanted to just give me a solution so that the appointment can be over with. While I did receive an internal exam and scheduled an ultrasound I left the appointment feeling unheard and dismissed

I felt heard, validated, and had a plan in place!
I felt incredibly understood, listened to, and cared for by Dr. Ferlan. She heard my concerns and symptoms and immediately validated my pain and frustration. She provided a possible ailment, a way to determine it, and multiple options to determine how to move forward. Her bedside manner made me feel very comfortable during the examination as well. This was the best doctor's visit I'd ever had!

Dr Ferlan is a great doctor!
I had to see a different doctor than my usual one, which is scary for me, as I have had several negative experiences with other doctors from other practices. Since I had a problem visit and was overdue for my physical, and she could see me sooner than my regular doctor, I booked with her instead. She was really sweet. She made me feel comfortable right away. She was gentle and informative. My visit was overall very positive and I am grateful to have a back up option for my care.
