Horrible staff. Not honest
He is probably fine. But his staff is the worst. Whatever you do.... don't answer pre procedure questions honestly. It's a scam....they'll code you in a crazy dumb crap way!

I was recently prescribed medication for stomach acid. I had a severe allergic reaction to the medication including swelling, raised blood pressure levels, and a rash on my face, neck, and chest. I called Dr. Amin's office early Monday morning to ask what I need to do. I was told they could not help me. I was shocked as they prescribed the medication that caused the reaction. I hope I never have to return to the office.

He saw my son in the hospital as an emergency and said he would stretch his esophagus after about 30 days. I called and made an appt for 30 days later. Today we went to the office and they say we never had an appt and that he won’t accept us as a patient. We never got to speak to the dr. This was all related by the rude office girl. She said the report says that we should get a dr in Tuscaloosa but he TOLD us that he would do the procedure. I have never encountered anything like this. Ever.

Dr. Amin literally saved my life. He discovered my condition that had me on the fast track to esophageal cancer. He personally dealt with my insurance company that put up a fuss about a particular treatment, declaring he was the doctor. And he was so incredibly humble, embarrassed by my praise. He values each patient the same and gives each one of them 110%. His staff is just as kind and helpful. I happily recommend Dr. Amin above ANY other to someone with gastro complications of any kind.
