Terrible bed side manner, told me what I have been living with for the past 10 years is all in my head. Never had him as a doctor, only seen him for 10 minutes in the hospital for a consult. Would not trust him to even touch me as a patient.

Attempted to make an appointment with the receptionist, and she absolutely did not understand the type of Horizon insurance that I have and instead of asking for the member ID number as most medical offices due she just continued to tell me that no they did not take the insurance. Then when I asked her if she understood she then began to stutter and then said "we don't", and hung up on me. I reviewed my employee website, and yes this office is listed on our portal. I then called back hoping that
