Dr Lewis is AMAZING, his staff needs to go.!
I have been a patient of Dr. Lewis since January 2023. He is GREAT, and very knowledgeable. I feel as though, he listens and takes into account of how I am feeling. His office staff is definitely not a representation of this amazing doctor. The receptionist and the nurse practitioner need to be replaced with people who care about people as well as who are patient friendly. They do not return phone calls, emails or anything.

First time visit for my husband in search of a new PCP doctor for him. Everyone was pleasant, the one lady receptionist tries to keep things calm as the phone rings constantly, but she remained pleasant. After meeting Dr. Lewis, his mannerisms, his caring spirit made my husband feel very comfortable since he was diagnosed with stage five kidney problems. Dr. Lewis answered our questions and seemed very concerned; even though this was his first meeting with my husband and me. I think we were pleased to just find a Doctor Who had a caring spirit. The medical treatment, and the specialist referrals proved to be right on target for us. I say kudos to Dr. Lewis.

Front desk bad
Why is the reception front desk women so incredibly incompetent and beyond rude? Dr Lewis is a saint and wonderful. Or so I thought. Why does he insist on having these people represent him? They told us they do take our insurance. Then weeks later told us they don’t? They close at 12, so good luck trying to get in to see him. Good luck getting past the front desk ladies who do not care about you at all. Does he read these reviews? Does he care? It’s..it’s something. Finding a doctor is already hard enough, I have been his patient for the last 4 years, moved back and not this. Incredible.
