Had 3 coloscopy in past and very pleased with doc.
Problem: Had two appointments for preop in Wooster. Both times waited for 30 minutes after checking in and no nurse showed up for preop. Had to reschedule. Office help did not advise of problem on 2nd visit. Very frustrating.

Horrible. Unprofessional.
I would give zero stars if I could. My father went in for a scope and received the bare minimum of care. The admin and support staff were rude and uncaring to my elderly parents. It was obvious that my dad was quite sick, but Jabour ignored all warning signs and sent him home. No follow-up. Nothing. Do not. I repeat. Do not use this "doctor" for any of your medical needs.

Waste of time
The doctor acted uncaring, seemed like he never read my medical history. He started off with ," You have high cholesterol ", but I don't have high cholesterol. That really bothered me because I wondered if he even knew what was going on. When I tried to explain my issue he brushed it off and downplayed my diagnosis of pancreatitis and said it must of been a mild case. I WAS HOSPITALIZED because of it and suffered extreme pain. I had diarrhea 40 times a day for 2 days straight. I only went to him because I was referred. I told him my kidneys almost failed due to dehydration and he said " Drink more water". He did absolutely nothing to help me. I will be seeking a different opinion.

Colonoscopy
The office lady was friendly. Doctor visit went well, everything was explained. The day of the procedure everything went smoothly. Got in and done quickly. Doctor came out after and explained everything to me. Would definitely go to Dr. Jabour again.

Had a colonoscopy here. Everything went great. The prep the night before was not to fun but that is what it is and has to be done. They did great job checking medical issues prior to procedure. I arrived at 7:50 am and was on the way home at 10 am. The nurses did a great job. The anesthesiologist was great also only gave what was needed and didn't over do it. Dr. Jabour explained everything and did great . I would recommend doing your colonoscopy here I have had two before and this was best one.

Worst experience ever. The only reason I went is because I was referred by my OB due to some complications and I wish I would have never went. The receptionist was beyond rude and the doctor basically told me I'm pregnant what do I expect and tried to prescribe me medicine and when I said I wanted to consult with the OB he got snippy.
