Amazing doctor
After 3 visits with Dr Codispoti I was not sure what to make of him. After a epidural injection in my neck that he did I concluded that the man is a genius. He is extremely professional and intense. He is listening to every word you say. He explains things very well and is a straight to the point type of person. I can not even express how well this doctor apparently knows anatomy. Little nuances that he gathers from listening to you is taken into consideration as the whole picture and he puts 2 and 2 together with amazement. I am sticking with him and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Competent & Caring
Dr. Codispoti is a thorough, honest, competent and caring physician. He explains everything thoroughly, giving all options and consequences. He listens and advises, but leaves decisions up to the patient. I have never encountered a more caring, competent medical professional and have undergone a series of pain treatment with him.

I have seen multiple doctors in the last 3 decades to try to get to the bottom of my back issues. I was at a breaking point by the time I came to see Dr. Codispoti. I was literally on the verge of loosing all hope. I was waiting for “there is nothing I can do for you” excuse. I broke down in tears because after 30 years it took him one visit to properly diagnose me. I will for ever be great-full to him. I now live pain free life.

I have had three procedures performed on me and I am unequivocal in my respect, confidence and trust in Dr. Codispoti. He is the new standard in medical care and represents the medical profession in its highest level of patient care. There is one other doctor whom I hold in this esteem and he too is a practicing member of Hartford Orthopedic Associates. Two years of spinal pain has for all intents and purposes been eliminated

Dr. Codispoti has been wonderful to work with: truthful and yet encouraging, raising neither false hopes nor false doubts. He treats me as the curious, intelligent person I am. Above all, he is treating ME, not my condition, not some textbook idea of my condition. I'm thrilled that we've had positive outcomes so far, for it is MY choice, but he also has unflagging flexibility and willing to discuss my concerns - all in the 10 minutes per office visit that is allowed anymore! Denise is cool!

The first time I saw Dr. Codispoti, he reminded me of a kid playing doctor with the white coat. He appears much younger than he is. However, when he dresses in scrubs, his biceps are so well defined that you can't miss them! Some procedures were very painful, but the end results have been fantastic. He has a great personality and bedside manner. He takes time to explain things and to answer questions. His staff has always been very pleasant and helpful! Awesome doctor!

I am totally satisfied with Dr. Codispoti's management of my pain. After treating my spine with several injections and sending me to physical therapy, he continued to listen patiently to my complaints about ongoing severe pain. After further testing he discovered that I have serious hip issues which he is now treating with injections. I am indebted to Denise for her efficiency in scheduling treatments in a timely manner. The PT team provides outstanding personalized care with prompt attention.
