Friendly and direct

A FABULOUS doctor
Every time I have had to see Dr. Bivins, it has been a wonderful experience. Dr. Bivins and his staff are WONDERFUL and FRIENDLY. They are knowledgeable and treat you with respect. One cannot ask for more than that.

Dr Bivins took time to discuss the coming surgery, his communication skills are excellent, talks in plain simple language, easy to understand. Not honored appointment time.
I waited over 1 hour past my scheduled appointment and didn’t see the doctor. The waiting room kept getting more crowded and was standing room only over flowing to the hallway. I lost time from work for this appointment which I can’t afford to do.

Dr. Bivins showed great empathy and compassion. He picked up on a possible rare genetic disease that may be causing the tumors and the cancer. I feel very positive that he is the best doctor for me right now.

Ridiculous wait
Dr. Bivins is fine but they have zero empathy for patients time. I have to wait for two hours passed my scheduled appointment before being called to see the doctor my last three visits. I will be scheduling an appointment with another doctor and avoid this mess. The staff knows he overbooks and laughs about it when they explain why he is behind. I am considering sending the office my hourly rate for six hours I have wasted sitting in the lobby!
