the doctor is ok the 0ffice and senior staff not good

Dr. vinay is an awesome to get treated with. He listens, cares and explains the issue very well. One complaint Front end desk staffs are not friendly, I belive they are taking advantage of Dr. being nice to them as well :)

My mom loves this Doctor but the front desk and staff are awful! She makes all of her appointments to see Dr. Vinay but then they put her with a nurse practitioner when she shows up. This practice is very large so if you are okay with seeing a nurse vs the doctor and want to deal with a grouchy staff this place is for you! BTW, my mom called to refill her thyroid and blood pressure medication as she was totally out. She has to wait 48 hrs before they will attempt to refill it. Apparently, they are so busy they can't accommodate important refill requests (thyroid and Blood pressure)until after 2 days. Zero patient service here!

I drove a distant relative for an office visit. I accompanied the patient to his room. I could not believe how good dr. Vinay treated him with extra care, explaining the issues, very professional and detailed. Had lot of patience with the patent

He is my Doctor. I know he really cares about me and my health.

Have been going to Doc V for over 15 years. Told him on first I really don’t care for Doctors in general. Asked him if I can depend on no B.S relationship If I dedicated myself as a life long patient, I’ve been around the world and I have a pretty good sense about people . I knew right away he was a gifted doctor he cuts through the crap I consider him a friend. And If I had listened to him years ago busting my stones about smoking I probably would not have had a stroke! But he was right there at the hospital immediately and hospital staff ALL think he’s as good as you can get period. I would recommend him without hesitation !! Ron Connell

evverything is always very acceptable. the only complaint is that the patient portal is very hard to use.

Excellent doctor who is old school. He still follows his patients during there hospital stay which is very important to me. I don't want a hospitalist who nothing about me. He takes his time & answers all questions.

Very caring and compassionate doctor,he has a very professional staff,one person in particular is Jahana.She is very pleasant on the phone and in person,always has a smile on her face.Thanks for all you do Mr&Mrs. D. kite

I have been under Dr. Srivastava's care for the past year and have found him to be an extremely knowledgeable physician with an authentic sense of compassion. Unlike so many other physicians, Dr. Srivastava takes ample time during the doctor visit to explain requisite information and knows how to deliver first rate health care.

Dr. Vinay has been my primary care for a few years now and hopefully, I will not have to change anytime soon. He takes time to listen to you and answers your question(s) in terms that you can understand. The waiting period can be a bit long but I find it worth it for the care and attention I get whenever I have an appointment. Never a dull appointment with this Dr.

He is an excellent Dr. My one complaint is he is always late, but he is worth it, because the reason he is late is because he takes so much time with you.

DR. SRIVASTAVA IS A KNOWABLE AND CARING PHYSICAN. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR ONE YEAR AND HAVE FOUND HIM TO BE BOTH PATIENT AND THROUGH WITH HIS EXAMINATIONS.. A GOOD DECISION, ON MY PART ,TO HAVE HIM AS A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICAN.

I have been to too many doctors over the years. Dr. Srivastava is by far my favorite. His knowledge, wisdom and treatment plans earns my raves. Each patient is a person and he treats the entire person.

Wonderful doctor. I have been seeing him for many years and you will not find a better one. Friendly, caring, knowledgeable and he will spend however much time it takes to answer your questions and concerns. His physician assistant is excellent as well, along with the staff. If at all possible they will fit you in on short notice or an emergency which is a hard thing to find these days.

Dr. Srivastava has been both my husband's & my doctor for many years. In my opinion he is one of the best doctors we have ever had or met, and my husband has 35 doctors. (And I have been in the medical field for over 20 years.) He will spend all the time you need with you. He is thorough and intuitive and extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to see that your needs are met. The ONLY downside; because he is so good & thorough you can have longer than normal wait times, but it's worth it!

the beginning process of making appt and having paperwork sent to me in advance to speed up initial visit was great. on the appt day I met Sabrina the Med Asst and she was thorough in my questionnaire preparing me for the visit. Next I met the Nurse practitioner and she was amazing (im embarrassed that I don't remember her name even though she told me like 3 times) she spent her time talking to me asking me questions and listening to my answers. I met the dr on the way out and he was very nice.
