He wants your money and could care about you
My husband and I went to SW Fertility for 8 months. During that time, our interaction went from good to horrible with their staff. The communication got progressively worse. Their billing manager, Janet, is tactless, unprofessional, and frankly offensive. Both Doctors walk you through an elementary level PowerPoint presentation and speak to you as if you have no basic level understanding. The pressure towards IVF is exceptional and it’s clear they prioritize money over their patient’s experience. In my profession, I teach women to advocate for themselves daily, and I could no longer go to a doctor’s office who cared so little of their patients own reporting of their physical experience. My husband was disgusted with the way they dismissed me in our consultation. I will say, Shelly, their Nurse Practitioner is an absolute gem and we will miss her. Unfortunately, I would absolutely not recommend this place if you care about your journey in its entirety.

Dr. Gunnala is wonderful. The entire staff is but I started seeing Dr. Vinay shortly after he came on with SWFC and he was always kind and patient. Thanks to him and the rest of the staff we have our beautiful daughter.

I was disappointed with this visit. I felt like he didn't take his time with me and the whole visit felt rushed. He recommended surgery and when I tried to ask about other options I got shut down.

Dr. Vinay Gunnala is the BEST doctor ever! The entire staff at SW Fertility is top-notch. They care about each patient, they aren’t afraid to hug and hold your hand. I’ve never felt so cared for at a facility than I did there. Each and every step was carefully watched and planned by Dr. Gunnala and the two fantastic RNs, Agatha and Lana. I’m 35.5 and we retrieved 20 eggs, all 20 mature to freeze in ONE round of egg freezing. This was by far the most memorable and rewarding personal accomplishment with an experience made so by SW Fertility and all of the staff. Truly blessed! Jenne Jean
