Dr. Vinay Aggarwal, MD

I see Doctor twice a year. He spends time going through all of my medical information, explains everything, reviews my prescriptions and makes suggestions. I find him to be very thorough.

Less than adequate, would give a negative if I could. Billing for scheduled appointments, never there when needed, always told to go to hospital. This doctor just can't be bothered. His receptionist is uncooperative and rude. Doctor never follows up, always >there with rushed prescheduled appt, then misses things like shingles, and 2 days later, reiterates, "go the the hospital "

my husband and i have had great visits and extra time with .Dr. Aggerwal. We have been with him for 14+ yrs. He is very knowledgeable about things that we have questions about. I would reccomend him.

Dr Aggarwal was just working at the ASAP clinic in Brockport and informed me that if I cared about my child health I would have gotten here sooner and he refused to see my daughter because they closed in 5 minutes. He also told me that he still had 4 kids to see yet he was walking to his car 5 minutes later and no one had left the office. His attitude and manners were horrendous! I would NEVER recommend him.

Not recommended. After forms and waiting 5 weeks for an appointment the doctor cancelled me two hours before my appointment.They close at noon on Friday so they could start the week end. My pain was of no concern to this doctor. The front desk lady has no phone, telephone, or people skills.This doctor is "mean" if he does not like you or what you say he dismisses you and you must get another doctor, honest he is "mean". He fakes being nice but neither cares about new patients. NOT RECOMMENDED
