Disappointing
I came to this doctor with high hopes of finding someone willing to go the extra mile to investigate my spreading fingernail to face, outer ear, nostrils, etc. fungal infection after getting no result with my dermatologist. His attempt at getting a “sample” was pathetic. The fungus wasn’t presenting much at the time & I told him so. He still swiped a brush under the wrong finger (I redirected to a better one) & put it in a makeshift jar his assistant found for the occasion even though there was no way there was even a good sample on there. no surprise the culture grew nothing, and when the fungus was very active and present, and I called to see if I could come in to leave a much better sample I was told no that I had to wait two weeks for my appointment by which time the fungus was gone or much diminished rather yet again, and I was dismissed by him being told I had no infectious disease when he really did no physical examination to determine whether or not that was true

Polite yet Dismissive
Surprisingly unknowledgable, Politely yet persistently dismissive and ignorant. His patience and hospitality cushions the blow of his dismissiveness and unhelpfulness.He also, had a hard time comprehending the timeline of events. He did nothing and dismissed it as anxiety, emotional trauma, and too much looking online—which were all incorrect and desperate accusations— even after my family members and pets are starting to experience the same symptoms; and even with extensive proof of concerning symptoms.He also:- disregarded the video, photos, and samples of the worms-disregarded other doctors concerns and irregular lab results and imaging.-didn’t do a physical exam other than 1 spot I pointed out to him.He’s a waste of time and just another medical gaslighter.If our country is in the hands of people like him, we’re screwed.
