Very good doctor. She was thorough and explained everything well so I could understand. Very professional.

Staff was inconsiderate and the doctor had a cold demeanor. Advice was delivered in a monotone and with zero interest in me as a patient. Extremely disappointing.

My 96 year old husband was sent by Good Shepherd to the ER after falling off his bed. He at at GS for a short stay following hip surgery. Dr Vilcant decided my husband had a serious heart condition. Against my very vocal wishes as the Health Proxy, she kept him in the cardio-ward. I told her I would permit no treatment. After about 5 days, she released my husband, then badly harmed by the lack of physical therapy while lying in a bed with no physical therapy. About a month later his urologist prior to surgery sent him to Vilcant, who said his heart was healthy.

Her and her office failed to get my mother into her appointment on time. Waited over an hour. Terrible communication and professionalism.

She is an Osteopath and seriously underqualified to be treating cardiac patients. Additionally, she does not follow up, does not order tests or prescriptions in a timely manner, she posts incorrect data on patient's chart, and is rude and condescending. Avoid at all costs. Zero stars
