No Second Opinions allowed! I was told today that it is their office policy that once you have been there if you see another doctor you can not come back to the office, and they canceled my appointment for tomorrow. Wow, if you are so insecure in your abilities to treat patients that they can not see any other doctors after being seen at your practice there might be a problem.

Dr Jain has been my primary physician for several years now. I find her to be very engaged and patient. She listens to what I'm saying and takes into account how I feel about my medical concerns. She has always shown dedication in taking a proactive interest in my healthcare issues. (I have several serious health issues) The nurses and staff are also very professional and friendly. Jennifer and Megan are both great

She is pleasant in a cold, detached sort of way. I would say that she might be a good doctor for anything that is highly standard and obvious. She has no patience for anything complicated. She jumps to conclusions very quickly and has an interrogative style of questioning. It's as if she's assuming subversive motives. I wouldn't go to her if I needed serious help. She seems way out of tune with the family mindset of Grove City.

Her bedside manner is terrible! She first started by telling me my medications that a specialist wrote are too high and I shouldn't be taking them. Then when asking about healthy history her accusatory questions seemed like she was doubting what I was saying THEN she asked me what pain meds I take like I'm a junkie. I work in healthcare so I get that there is druggies out there but I never once asked for anything for pain or even really brought up pain. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE..I'll never go back.
