I think Dr. Goyal is an excellent physician. He takes the time to review my blood work and lets me know the best course of action to take for my health problem.

I saw Dr. Goyal for the first, and last, time today. I waited almost an hour in an exam room for him. He then spent 60 seconds reviewing my chart and 30 seconds asking me a couple quick questions before scurrying out of the room and saying he’d see me in three months. Then he had the audacity to make notes in my chart about the extensive 20 minute face-to-face consultation that we had. LOL! I bet he didn’t spend a total of 20 minutes in the room with all of his patients today. If you’re too busy to spend time caring about my health, fine, I’ll find another doctor. But don’t fill my chart up with lies pretending you did something.

listened to concerns. was not pushy. gave very good advice. was definitely concerned about my health. has an excellent and friendly staff. put my cancer in remission.

I am sure he is qualified, but I am very uncomfortable with his dirty office. And I have never seen him in a clean lab coat.

My mom was in her mid 80's when she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. We talked with Dr. Goyal about options. He was precise, caring, and informative about the options that mom could use. He was realistic with mom and what she was facing. And when she told him she didn't want to pursue any surgery or chemo he was supportive of her decision. His office staff were caring and compassionate with mom.

My sister in law was admitted to Lima Memorial hospital and was newly diagnosed with brain cancer and he was the doctor on call. It was on a Saturday morning and he refused to come and said he would come on Sunday and then NEVER came in to see her at all! How can you throw that on a patient and never talk with them or put your eyes on the patient. I would never have this doctor on any of my families case...what an unprofessional, non caring and loss of hope feeling that the pt had! Unbelievable!

I have had nothing but the best treatment from Dr Goyal. I have been to the best Dr's at Mayo and Cleveland Clinic and he and his staff have surpassed them,their staff and practices. Him and his quality staff have managed to extend my length of live and i am forever thankful and they managed to do so with the best and most professional manner thats out there! Not only a patient and Doctor,staff bond was made but a meaningful lifetime friendship,tho short for me. I highly reccomend Dr.Goyal

Very nice, knows what tests to run and knows where to send you for the best help. You don't have to wait for an appointment he will work you in when necessary. His staff are very nice and very helpful.

Dr. Goyal offered a great deal of misinformation about a family member's recent diagnosis, leading me to believe he had no idea what he was talking about and was unwilling to admit it, and then rudely interrupted me to answer his cell phone and abruptly left the room. I had to ask repeatedly for a referral to a more knowledgeable oncologist, and his staff mishandled the paperwork on several occasions, violating patient privacy and greatly slowing down the process.
