Dr. Triola’s anger caused her to enter wrong code
I made an appointment for an annual physical checkup and during the visit I mentioned an issue for which Dr. Triola submitted the code for an office visit which I now have to pay (I don’t pay for an annual checkup). I also have to pay for the lab which I don’t usually pay for an annual checkup. I called the office and they say they can’t change it because it wasn’t an annual. The staff was communicated and knew that it was an annual. Maybe the reason for her mistake was that she wasn’t having a good day and she looked/ sounded angry that day.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Triola for many years now. Front desk staff are top notch. Wait time is average. My visits with doctor Triola are never rushed. Dr. Triola listens to all my health concerns, she’s kind, friendly, she cares about my well being, she’s very thorough with exams, explains things well and gives great advice. She reaches out to me by phone to see how I’m feeling. I am very happy to be in Dr Triola’s care. She’s the best!!!

Left the Practice
We feel this doctor and office do not have good bedside manner and patient relations. We left the practice to find a better fit and one with less wait times.

Dr. Triola treats the whole patient
Dr. Triola has been my primary physician for many years. She is intelligent and friendly and has got to know me as a person, not just a patient. I love that as a DO she explores ways to help me feel better that do not only include writing a prescription. She does a very thorough annual physical that explores all aspects of my health both physical and mental. When I've had concerns she has suggested tests to address them. When I've been suffering she has correctly identified the cause and prescribed medicine to alleviate it. I have never felt rushed and I have always appreciated her attentive listening style. An added bonus is the fact that Labcorp has a phlebotomist on premises so I can get my bloodwork done without making another trip/appointment.
