Dr. Kaufmann, takes the time to listen and to thoroughly answers any questions I have. She orders tests and makes sure she follows up with me. Never once has she made feel rushed or that she didn't have the time for me. I truly appreciate superior quality service. She is kind and caring. I've been one of her patients since she began some 20 plus years with PAMF (Sutter).

Terrific in all ways!
I’ve been a patient of Dr Victoria Kaufmann for more than six years. I have complex medical needs and she has been wonderful! She’s medically superb and thorough. Especially attentive to detail and then connecting all the dots. She’s also probably the nicest doctor you’ll ever meet! As a human being and spirit-in-the-universe, she sparkles! I feel fortunate to be one of her patients!

Communication is poor, leading to inconvenience and longer than necessary waits. She seems unaware.
