My family and I have been patients of Dr. Dooley for over 13 years. She has taken great care of us and we consider her family. You will never find a more caring or knowledgeable doctor in S.E. Michigan!

I was looking for a PCP that was my gender, age and race. I was so happy I found Dr. Dooley. But my experience was horrible and very disappointing. She flew in the room and spoke to me very fast and very condescending. She cut me off several times and rushed the appointment. I thought maybe I wasn’t giving her enough grace so my daughter went and had very much the same experience. When asking questions about her diagnosis, she was told “I dont understand what your trying to ask me” what Dr says that in that way? Neither of us are going back and we will never refer. I hate that too, because I wanted to support her practice.

Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. Care and compassionate are not what you will find here. It was clear that billing was more important than patient care. Save yourself the time and experience.

If you want an office or doctor to not listen to you, not very welcoming, speaking to you with a condescending tone, sits across the room to talk to you, not inviting you cant sit on the exam table, like their saving it for specil patients or something, there is a uncomfortable chair in the room for you to sit, where she talks to you like your bothening her, then this is the place. Bedside manners is not her strong suit.

This doctor cares more about herself than any patient in her office she makes that very clear. Patients have to make an appointment for each refill of medicine. Greed is very evident at this office. Thank goodness I never went back.

i have been looking for a physician for a while and needed to have a physical done. i am a trans man and it seemed the nurse didn’t even read any of my paperwork because she was very confused about me being on birth control. this concerned me because how will a nurse give me good care if she hasn’t even looked over my paperwork. when i saw the doctor i felt like she was in a rush and that i was merely an inconvenience to her. she asked if my depression was current or not and when i responded she rudely said we don’t have time to talk about depression and do a physical so i needed to make up my mind despite her bringing it up to me. she was just very snappy with me overall as if she had something better to do with her time. i was also contacted saying my appointment was cancelled since i didn’t provide insurance information, but i had called the office five times at spread out times and got no answer to even provide information

I’ve been going to Dr. Dooley for over 5 years. Amazing Primary Care Physician. She has an amazing team that are extremely responsive and professional to any concerns and she makes sure to check any and all issues that could cause concern. Dr. Dooley is also responsive to her patients on her emergency line.

My family and I have been seeming Dr. Dooley for 12 yrs. She is very through honest and family oriented . We love her and appreciate her taking great care of our family.

Dr was kind, caring, and very professional. She took time to listen and address all my concerns.

First and last visit for me. Doctor was impersonal and somewhat rude. Extremely heavy handed with delicate procedures and seemed uninterested getting to know me as a patient. Staff was friendly!

I have been going to Dr. Dooley for about 4 years now. Generally just for annual physical and immunizations until this year where I’ve had a couple of situations that required follow-up. She has been very responsive to my questions during visits and in the portal. Her staff is also very helpful. Some of the reviews I see related to the doctor’s style and personality I’m very surprised to read. IMO, she’s just not very “chatty”, if that’s what you’re looking for, but she’s pleasant. She’s very thorough and gets to the point to address your healthcare needs. I think she’s great and I would refer her to any one.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dooley’s for about 2 years now and honestly I’m not sure why I’ve been a patient that long, maybe it’s because we don’t see each other but once per year but every time I’ve visited her office it’s been super uncomfortable! What she lacks in personality her office staff makes up for but they seem very timid. She’s definitely a “know it all” and doesn’t like to listen to her patient. She’s also a COVID Advocate so be prepared for speech. I would not recommend her as a PCP! I’m actually in the process of looking for someone new.

This was my first appointment with her as my pcp retired. I spent 10 min with her. The first 10 min was paperwork, blood drawn and taking vitals with high level overview of my medical history. The appt lasted 25 minutes for my first one. I give blood all the time and never ever had a blown vein. I do now with the blood draw. I didn't feel like she was hearing me bc everything was so rushed.

I’m at a loss for words!! It was truly my worse experience I’ve EVER had with a health provider!! She was impossible to understand, she talked so fast! She was truly not interested in me at all!! I’m not sure how she stays in business!! Very disappointing, having to find a new doctor because my doctor retired.

Lots of knowledge and very personable. Patient and takes her time for a very through analysis…

Dr. Dooley is the most caring Doctor I have ever had. She is professional and polite. Staff is wonderful.

My visits are always pleasant

I was searching for a new PCP for awhile and since I hadn’t had a physical in about a year I really felt it was important while pregnant. I went in while 6 months pregnant. Not only did she tell me “I’d hate to hear ‘new mom dies from Covid with week old baby at home’ if you don’t get the vaccine,” she also did not indicate me as pregnant in my chart and marked me as obese because of my pregnancy weight. The front staff were rude and I felt judged from the moment I walked into the office. I have never felt so uncomfortable with a doctor or at an office in my life.
