Dr. Victoria Do, MD

Due to Dr. Do's affiliation with River Oaks Hospital, you will be billed THOUSANDS of dollars for a simple primary care visit for a medication refill or immunization. You will be billed twice by her office as well as River Oaks Hospital Due to the way that they bill, simple blood draws or routing screening is not covered by even the best insurance. The office does not answer phone calls or return messages. The billing company states that they will get back with you and does not answer emails. I am sad to say it would be best to avoid this office altogether unless money is not a priority to you. Poor billing practices and incompetent staff when fixing their mistakes

Dr Do needs to be involved with how her Advanced Medical Group practice is handled. I can not seem to be able to reach anyone at the office to talk to someone other than the answering service. Even the answering service is clueless to what is going on. The line for medical records is never answered by “Dana” and you are not allowed to leave a message because the message box is always full. Then the phone system just disconnect you. I was told that if you want information about your test results you have to access their portal but I can’t reach anyone to find out how to access their portal. When I went there for my appointment, no one mentioned anything about a portal. Just because they are building a new state of the art new office at a different location is no reason to neglect their current patients.

I always feel like I am whining when I list my complaints/ailments to the doctor. Dr. Do makes me feel quite the contrary as she has a great bedside manner. I've found that she is spot on for her assessments and follow-through.

Dr. Do is a caring, compassionate, and brilliant physician. She takes time to listen to your health issues and provides excellent care! I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone in need of a family physician. Thank God for wonderful doctors like her!

Dr Do was great but the staff is horrible. I have no copays and was seen last because office manager. I was told I needed to pay 350 payment I said no I called my insurance company agent spoke to manager and explained no copay needed manager got mad and yelled at agent therefore I ended up being seen 2 hours and 32 min late. Rude staff no greeting upon arrival and when questions were asked manager looked at her staff and started laughing. Entire time nothing but rude comments were being made

Doctor Do is only one family doctor who I have believe in her more than 10 years

Dr. Do is a great doctor! She listens patiently and lets you ask questions. Makes you feel very comfortable and you do not feel rushed with her. I started seeing Dr. Do when she was with a different group. She is so great, that I moved with her when she joined AMG.

Dr. Do is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. She is very patient, caring and helpful. She listens, allows me to say and ask everything I need to, and acts like she truly cares about my well-being. I highly recommend her.

I would recommend Dr.Do to everyone!!! She makes you feel very comfortable to discuss any problems that you may have. She takes her time to explain what is going on and how she will treat the problem.

Dr. Do is one of the most caring and compassionate physicians that I know to date. She is concerned about you as a human being and I never feel that I am just another patient. Dr. Do is very knowledgeable and therefore confident in her approach to treatment. This physician leaves no rock unturned when dealing with symptoms and is most comprehensive in the evaluation process. Treatment is based on solid evidence based practice/best practice. I feel safe and well taken care of in her care.
