They don't answer the phone

Such a good doctor and a shame that he has such mediocre secretaries (those who answer the phone). In my life I have seen things like 3 days of calling waiting more than 1 hour for them to answer me. As of today, since it's already Saturday, I never received an answer.1 hour 34 min, 1 hour 27, 1 hour 32 was my wait and nothing. Just to ask about my appointment because my card was lost. TERRIBLE!!
