Three knee surgeries
I have had three knee surgeries done by Dr P! He is great! The first 2 was wonderful! Now this third one is giving me problems. It’s to be expected. Bc there is a lot of scarring and what he need to do! More extreme work! He is a rock star! Staff is wonderful!

We don't have any complaints about the Dr. He did a good job, but it was a very simple surgery. We feel he overcharged on the surgery since it was a very simple one. Our complaint is on being overcharged upfront for the surgery. The Ortho center overcharged by about $600 and we had to wait about 2 months to get our refund check. This involved numerous calls to the office and insurance company. Be sure to get an upfront estimate of ALL charges and shop around before surgery.

Was sent to Dr Palomino by my Orthopedic for a second opinion on my shoulder. He was extremely rude from the moment he walked in. First thing he asked was "why are you here?" (obviously he didn't read my chart first); after I explained that it was for a second opinion his response was "quit having surgeries on it" and left. Every surgery I had had on it up to that point was to fix various injuries (most caused by me, except for the one rotator cuff tear caused by Hillcrest Physical Therapy).

Dr. Palomino identified & surgically removed a bone spur in my shoulder after 2 years & 4 other doctors telling me there was nothing wrong. He was very kind, professional & courteous. He was very thorough in his exams & testing - before & after my surgery. He explained things with diagrams & answered all my questions in detail. He seemed to truly care & wanted to make sure I was totally ok before releasing me as a patient. BEST DOCTOR I'VE EVER SEEN! Highly recommend! 5 star doctor all the way!

Arrogant know it all. This guy thinks he knows how you feel better than you do. He would love nothing more to get you in and out as quickly as possible without caring about long term results or even caring to hear you out. Here i am over a year later struggling with the same problem i had before the surgery. When i asked him why that was he dismissed it by saying "i needed to accept it" and saying that it was somehow my fault. Go see this guy if you like to be treated worse than a piece of meat.
