Every time I’ve had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Masi had to wait for almost two hours to see him without explanation. I’m not sure why this is the case but every time I’ve inquired about the length of my wait I get blank stares.

This was the most unprofessional medical experience I have ever had. I showed up for an 8am appointment early, and when I left at 9am the doctor hadn't even arrived to the office. Additionally I had to fast 12 hours and with no available water in the lobby I came close to passing out after the first vial of blood was drawn. The medical assistants were very nice and professional and unfortunately are put in a tough spot trying to make up for a negligent doctor.

I have never waited so long for a typical appointment. I had a 10am appt and there were only 3 people in the waiting room including myself. I was taken to a room at 10:25 and literally waited 50 minutes until the doctor came to see me. I explained I had to move my car and I thought 1 hour and 25 minutes was more than enough breathing room. He became defensive. 5 mins of not so called real treatment. for 50 mins all I heard was the dr. talking and eating. It's a mockery to the profession.
