Dr. Hsu is patient, kind and was wonderful at explaining my condition, answering all my questions and thoughtfully came up with a plan of action that is going to help me get back to action! I can’t recommend him and the practice enough.

If I had questions, his office and he would get back to me quickly. If I was nervous and anxious, he spent the time talking to me and helping me feel comfortable and understood. He called me after hours when I was nervous about my test results. He really cares. Most of all, I trust Dr. Hsu. He’s truly one of a kind and I am forever grateful for him helping me deal with a very serious spine issue. He’s the best. I am so much better today because Dr. Hsu. If I ever need cervical spinal care or orthopedic care again I absolutely will be back to see Dr. Hsu and the Rothman Team.

Would absolutely recommend Dr.Hsu to family and friends. My experience was positive from start to healed. We took a conservative approach and tried several options before surgery. Dr. Hsu took his time to explain everything. Never felt rushed. Set a plan to resolve my problem. Two months post surgery and I am extremely happy with the outcome. After surgery to get rid of pain caused by spinal stenosis, all of the pain is returning. Dr. Hsu hasn't apologized for this (even in a vague, empathetic way) and keeps blaming my symptoms on other things despite all signs pointing to his surgery being a failure. Which has been confirmed by a second opinion for a doctor at a different practice. Also, of the six or so new doctors that I've seen over the last year or so, Dr. Hsu has been the hardest to reach and hardest to make appointments with in a timely manner.

Dr Hsu is AMAZING...so is his team...Dr Kevin (can't remember last name) and Jenn. When I went to Dr Hsu he diagnosed my problem and moved his schedule around in order to perform surgery asap. His compassion and caring manner helped me realize how critical my condition and surgery was scheduled in 2 weeks. It was a difficult surgery 10 screws and 2 rods but I must say I recovered quickly and have full range of motion in my neck and no pain. Dr Hsu and his team were simply amazing and I totally recommend. Thank you for being there for me and getting me through the toughest thing I ever had to face.

I had an initial visit and wait time was not extremely long. I felt Dr. HSU genuinely wanted to answer all my questions.

Dr Hsu is amazing. I lived with sciatica for over a year. Nothing worked, chiropractic care, PT, and injections, I tried it all. The pain was beginning to affect my life in all aspects. I was in constant pain when I slept and no sleeping position gave me relief. When I met with Dr. Tsu I knew he was a kind and knowledgeable doctor. He gave me options and some hope for relief. I just wanted the pain gone and he was vey honest and gave me the best advice. He knew how much pain I was in and scheduled me for surgery as soon as he had availability. It’s only been over a week since the surgery and I’m feeling like a new person. I don’t remember the last time I didn’t have sciatica pain and now I no longer have that pain. Thank you Dr. Tsu! I knew that Dr. Hsu was totally invested in my well being. His manner, his medical expertise and his ability to listen were all instrumental in ensuring a visit that could help me to hear disappointing news. I left with advice for a different less invasive strategy, that could possibly produce the relief that I was desperate seeking.
