Dr. Vickie Harrell, MD

My husband and I became patients of Dr. Harrell in 2018. In the five years since, we have received outstanding compassionate care from Dr. Harrell and her staff to prevent and treat a range of medical conditions. We have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner and talk with her knowledgeable and personable staff. We have been extremely pleased with the time Dr. Harrell takes to listen to our health concerns, and the thoroughness in which she approaches diagnosis and treatment as well as preventive care. In summary, Dr. Harrell and her staff are wonderful!! We feel very fortunate we are in her care!

I was a new patient today. IK received excellent care from the moment I walked in the door. All the staff are very professional and knowledgeable and Dr. Harrell was top notch in knowledge and patient interaction and would highly recommend her.

Have made multiple visits and have always been able to connect with her or her on call Doctor for after normal hours. I never feel that she is in a hurry. She takes time to answer questions and provides excellent care.

I have been a Patient of Dr. Vicki Harrell’s for over 5 years. I am very selective. Dr. Harrell has a great personality, easy to talk to, she listens carefully and is an excellent diagnostician. I have complete faith in her ability to take care of my healthcare needs. She has proven to me numerous times her ability to diagnose even very tricky symptoms.. One time I had severe paint the right of my face. In was in tears, the pain was constant. I had no visible marks on my face. After a careful land thorough examination in her office, she correctly diagnosed me with Shingles on the right of my face. She prescribed the correct course of treatment and I recovered quickly. I was truly grateful, appreciative and amazed. Her entire office staff is dedicated, Kind, quick to respond and care. I have moved here from Boston, MA, which is considered to be the “Meca” of the very best in Health Care. Dr. Harrell rivals that same intelligence of the best in Health Care.

Dr. Harrell and all of the staff are absolutely the most kind and caring doctors office I go to and with chronic conditions I do see several other doctors. I told her recently I wish they could all be like her and her staff. She (and the staff) are all excellent in what they each do. She always listens to me even though I ramble. Lindsy her RN is just the most loving person, always putting up with my emails describing what is currently going on with me. Victoria is a sweetheart and an expert in the tests that she has administered to me. Tiffany is sweet and efficient in getting you in a room and doing the initial work up. Jodi at the front desk is always cheerful and even more importantly keeps all the billing straight. Dr. Harrell has been through a lot with me in the last 20 plus years, including Covid pneumonia and many other illnesses and I greatly appreciate her and her staff. They have become family. I would highly recommend this office!

Your patience in listening and answering my questions is truly a testimony to your love of your profession and caring for us broken down old farts. Thank you for your healing hands and warm hearts. Dr. Harrell answers all questions in a nice manner and takes her time. She explained everything to myself and my husband. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a skilled and caring doctor.

Dr Harnell has yet to respond to phone call on 12/8 regarding my positive covid test. Her husband answered my husbands’ call regarding test results that Dr has. He responded “do you think she does that for free?”, then said find another Dr and hung up.

Dr. Harrell was the first doctor that treated me correctly after 25 years of thyroid problems. She was aggressive in regards to getting me the right treatment. I highly recommend her. The staff in her office are absolutely wonderful.

Dr. Harrell has been our family doctor for years, now. What a jewel! Dr. Harrell cares about her patients and is very thorough i n everything she does. We trust Dr. Harrell! All of her staff is caring and ready to help at a moment's notice. If we need an immediate appointment, or just have a question, they are willing to work it out at your convenience. My husband and I are blessed to have Dr. Harrell and her staff as our doctor "family". She always explains the why's and takes great care in explaining any questions you may have, or anything you may not understand. She listens to you! Thank you Dr. Harrell and Staff for all you do!

We love Dr. Harrell! She is thorough and determined to identify an issue. I've always felt comfortable talking with her and she has taken great care of my family! Her office staff is exceptional as well!

Dr. Harrell has taken care of my grandparents, parents, my husband and I and now our sons. She has become like a part of our family. Her office staff is amazing and always helpful when we need a same day appointment. I've seen Dr. Harrell in the best and worst situations with patients (my family). In the worst she stays right there until things are figured out and stable. In the most difficult of patient care she is right there with the family to explain to everyone with care and concern for not just her patient but for the family. She pushes hard to keep her patients healthy but only because she truly cares. There are not many medical professionals in this town I would trust my life with. I wouldn't trade Dr. Harrell for any other!

My wife and I have seen Dr. Harrell as our PCP for several years and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a caring, compassionate, professional primary care provider. We were both recently diagnosed with Covid and it was Dr. Harrell’s ready experience with current, professional treatment regimens that enabled my wife to recover quickly while my own case has taken a little extra effort on Dr. Harrell’s part to keep me out of the hospital and on the road to recovery. I am so blessed to have Dr. Harrell on our side. Always thorough; always listening; always explaining and educating!! The staff is equally accomplished!!

Dr. Harrell has been my doctor since September of 2019. She has consistently treated me with the utmost knowledge and professionalism. Dr. Harrell is thorough and committed to provide the best care possible. I trust her expertise completely! An added bonus is her very capable staff. All of my interactions with them have been very positive. Whether it is with making appointments, or with simple requests such as prescription refills, the staff always delivers. They are kind and helpful and genuinely care. I have to say that Dr. Harrell is the best doctor I've ever had. So thankful for her and her staff! To share a recent personal experience, I was confirmed positive for Covid 19. Dr. Harrell immediately began aggressively treating me. She saw that I needed to be hospitalized due to having Covid pneumonia in both lungs. I am convinced that her expeditious care saved me from a worse fate, as I was very sick. Dr. Harrell truly is a God-send to me.

Wonderful Doctor, been seeing her for years. Unfortunately my insurance has changed and she does not take Tricare. I will miss her terribly.
