Dr. Vicki Smith, MD

She is quick to write a script but we complained about my daughters mouth breathing for years. She repeatedly blamed our cats and never gave her a referral. Eventually we had to visit a walk in as he was out of town. 3 minute visit and he said you need to see a specialist this isn't right. Even after that She didn't want to write the referral. We pushed this issue until she at least agreed to an xray. Turns out she need adenoids removed along with several other procedures on her nose. He said it was the biggest he had seen and should have been removed years prior. Maybe when she first started complaining about it. She doesn't listen and just gives you drugs.

The office is bright and open. The office staff is kind and helpful. The nurses are sweet. Everyone in that office cares and it shows. My youngest is 2 and we hope sincerely that Dr. Vicki and her staff will be there to see him through childhood. All of my children love her and ask often if they can go to the doctor. That to me speaks volumes!

You have to agree with her otherwise she gets very rude and bossy. My mother knows what her child needs and just because she has M.D. after her name doesn’t mean she’s always right.

She is very pushy and doesn’t like to listen to what a mom has to say about her children. Just because she has md after her name doesn’t mean she knows it all.

The office is clean, the staff friendly and helpful but the doctor herself borders on rude, and very business like. She doesn't take an interest in her patients, basically what she does is pull up something on her laptop, ask a series of questions based on what her laptop tells her to ask, clicks what the patient tells her, and based on what her laptop tells her gives you a diagnosis. Anyone can do that. She doesn't listen to her patients but rather interrupts them with her own thoughts.
