Dr. Romashova is very careful and she does order a lot of tests and comprehensive bloodwork and other panels. She spent a good deal of time with me several times in the year I have been there. The doctor is good, but the staff may be viewed as rude but I do not think they do it purposefully. I think the staff are just busy and and trying to get through the routine of taking weight, blood pressure etc so it may come across as rude. Either way, I do not take it personally - I am there for the doctor. The wait time is very long so unless you get the first few appointments, expect to wait a long time.

unprofessional
long wait, rude staff, doctor only recommends to go see the specialists, does not have any answers herself even with minor health problems, makes patient feel more sick then he is, sends to testings that are not needed, does not not care about the patient, only concern us money

I use to see this doctor for 7 years. It is not the same person. She got a lot of patients, doesnt remember anything, doesn’t care. You have to wait 2 hours in a waiting room, 40 min in the patient room, and then she spent with me about 10 min. I dont feel safe anymore. Don’t recommend this doctor

Firstly I waited a long time to see her. Then when I finally met her she was rude and arrogant. What a horrible expierience.

I don't usually write reviews but I feel this may save someone's life. She had been taking care of one of my family members for years and I trusted her. That is until she nearly killed my Family Member. She Doesn't review medications taken. She doesn't follow up with her patients. She doesn't know standard side effects of medications. This Doctor is dangerous and negligent. Do not trust your Family with her. You have been warned.

Dr Romashova is an excellent doctor. She pays extra attention for her patients. Very knowledgeable in her field. Always helps and provide great care. I moved all my family to her care and so happy with her.
