Dr. Munera has been an excellent professional with me and my family, she has helped us with the health problems we have had and has provided us with guidance and help at all times.

Over the past few years, I've been under the care of Dr. Munera and today during my annual appointment I was reminded of the reasons I have entrusted her with my care for several years. She is not only competent in her field but also radiates kindness and patience, making every interaction comfortable and reassuring. Dr. Munera consistently devotes ample time to thoroughly explore my health concerns, asks relevant questions, and provides explanations that are comprehensive and easy to understand. This is an amazing doctor that takes time and does no rush you like most doctors. She is wealthy of knowledge and I highly recommend. She is not just my doctor my entire family goes to her.

She was very rude , arrogant and aggressive from the beginning. Once she came into the room there were 2 chairs to be seated , I was seated in the one close to the computer where she sat when she came … her words were , “seat over there, I do not want to be that closed to you “. So I moved thinking about the pandemic but I felt uncomfortable. Then she started the interview I told her about my family history and that my Bp is been high once 2 months ago but since then I has been ok … then she became acting out of control and told me in a very nasty and rude tone of voice “are you coming to do your annual or you want to talk about all these things? And started to walk like crazy , holding her head … it’s ok just my physical. Then I my phone alarm went off, immediately in a very rude way she told me to turn it off , I had my phone in my hand and she saw that I immediately attempted to do it. Never been with a physician so rude, uncaring , bad manners, so arrogant and disrespectful .

Dr. Munera is the best. She is caring and always fits me in when I need her. She takes her time with you, never rushing you out like most doctors. I recommend get to ask my friend.

Dr. Munera is a wonderful doctor. She is caring, smart, professional, efficient, thorough, experienced. I am so glad I chose her as my PCP, she listens, explains and lets me participate in my medical care. The office is organized, clean and comfortable, it has a laboratory which is very convenient. Her staff is great, experienced, professional, always reply phone calls. I have been a patient of Holy Cross for several years, it is the best Medical Group in Broward County.

Somewhat competent, but comes across as arrogant and condescending , does not listen to patient concerns, pushes through her agenda without taking into consideration patient's needs nor history. Seems to change medications and routines on a whim. Does not give patient a sense that she is looking out for the patient.
