Highly recommend Dr Dugan. She takes the time to listen and explain. very knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Dugan is smart, personable and knows her job.. Great bedside manner. Staff was caring. I would definitely refer others to her. Colonoscopy went smoothly.

I could not be any happier. I was in pain and called and they said they would fit me in. Everyone was very nice and helpful. She didn’t rush me and explained everything clearly.

Dr. Dugan always explains things in an easy to understand way. She is helpful in helping me find the best deal on my medications. She looks out for all aspects of the patient's well being.

Dr. Dugan was very thorough and attentive to what issues I had been dealing with and offered remedies towards healing.

I am fortunate to have only had to see Dr. Dugan for colonoscopy procedures. As dreaded as colonoscopies are, because of Dr. Dugan I look forward to having it done. Her professionalism and skills are among the best.

Dr. Dugan listens thoroughly and asks questions to make sure she is understanding what you are going through. She always makes me feel at ease. She explains everything and makes sure you understand what she is telling you. Everyone in her office are sincere and professional from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Her nurse Holli is awesome as well!

She won’t give up on the search for remedies or at least getting to more reasonable treatments.

She is a doctor that talks to you, so you understand what is going on with your condition. Dr.Dugan has saved my life more than 4 times. She goes above & beyond to help you. Her staff is always very helpful. Her nurse Holly is right on top of things when you call for help. Dr.Dugan has a person that will go out of her way to help you get in touch with her. She is always so very helpful to me and other patients. I witness this on my last visit to her office. I believe the lady name is Jessica. I use to see her at the front desk when I check in. I have not seen her in a while I thought she might have quit , but to my surprise I found out she got promoted. I wish she could work the front desk again & her new job. She always made the check in so pleasant and discreet. I highly recommend Dr. Dugan. for your Gastro needs. Her knowledge and experience shows when she is in the exam room with you . My Athena Health account was canceled this morning, I suspect by Danielle Thomas, Dr. Dugan's office manager. She was exceedingly rude to me recently when she called about my appointment, even going so far as to tell me to see a nurse practitioner instead of Dr. Dugan because these nurses were closer to my residence. When I resisted agreeing with her suggestion, she took extreme umbrage and hung up on me. Then she called again, but only to endlessly reiterate that I should see someone else. I have never encountered this kind of churlish behavior before at any doctor's office ever, and I feel I must in good conscience report it since I can't imagine that Dr. Dugan knows what's being said behind her back.

Dr. Dugan's office manager is a harpy from hell. She has no respect for Dr. Dugan's patients and actually told me I should see a nurse practitioner in a town closer to where I live instead of the doctor. When I took exception to this, she hung up on me. Then she called back and reiterated everything she had said before. She has no concept of the meaning of the words "listen" or "empathy". I am feeling very sad to be writing this, but if sharing what I experienced spares just one person from going through the abusive Third Degree as I just did, it will have been worth it.

Dr Dugan is an excellent doctor and the only reason that I go to that office. Holly her nurse is good also but office is tough and getting an appointment with her is even worse.

Good doctor if this Group doesn't suddenly end your care with them. She is very helpful, but don't get too comfortable, if you are involved in your care. No matter how long you are there, or how many health issues they are working on with you, if you "unknowingly" do something they don't like (in our case it was debating a large bill that they didn't warn us about. Our INSURER told us it was a big issue, and we had nothing else to go on at that point, so we griped about this 4500 dollar bill), THEY WILL DROP YOU. They disregarded all apologies even when they knew our complaint was never our ill-willed. It was based on the information we got on this procedure, from Blue Cross. According to current Louisiana laws they can be as heartless as they want - who knew? We regularly tell others about our experience there and no one ever knows that a physicians group can treat a patient so unfairly, if they choose to be that way. They DO have a tough job, but this is not right.

Dr Dugan is a caring doctor, she takes time to explain and gives you time to ask questions. I really like how fast she answers questions on the patients portal. Holly her nurse is also very friendly and caring.

This medical corporation has 2 large facilities and many doctors, but Dr. Dugan is the best doctor of them all. She has a large following and could easily have a very successful clinic on her own. If you go there, you must see her.

Excellent Doctor with very pleasant temperament. Explains the procedure and results in "lay-mans" terms. I believe she really cares.

Dr. Duggan provides Excellent care and advise. I recommend her to all my friends. She preformed a colonoscopy on me yesterday and explained everything thoroughly, and answered all questions immediately. The staff at the Endo center were so warm, caring and kind. I would like to especially thank Kelly, Valarie, Julie, Sharon and Chad for their expert care! I am a retired RN and appreciate quality medical care when I see it and Dr. Duggan and her staff are Quality care! Thank you

Dr. Dugan and her staff are very pleasant and friendly. Wait time about average for a doctors office. I would recommend Dr. Dugan and her office to others. My only suggestion is that there should be a separate exit for patients following procedures done in the EndoCenter. All patients are brought back through the waiting area, which I found to be a little odd.
