Dr. Veronica Broton, DO

Veronica Broton was my primary care physician for many years. She is very personal with her patients. She takes the time to get to know you as a person and wholistically. She does not rush you in and out. Very patient, understanding and warm. She shows that she cares about your well being. She made time for me on her scheduled when there wasnt any appointments on her book. She responded to messages left in the patient portal. I had multiple medical issues and she was sure to address all of them every time we sat down together. Awesome doctor. She has recently left the practice and I am saddened to see her go. She is a great person and a knowledeable physician. She will be missed.

My wife and I have been seeing DR. Broton for several years. She is very thorough and explains things in a way the is easy to comprehend.

Healthcare follow up after having surgery & radiation treatments. All to the good. Sorry to hear that she will be moving on.

I saw Dr Broton for my annual physical in August. She is an extremely caring excellent physician. She is always very thorough and recommends preventative care needed and is always willing to listen to any concerns I have. Throughout the year I have contacted her with health concerns via mychart and she always responds quickly with advice. I highly recommend her as a primary doctor as she is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate.

Dr. Broton has been my primary doctor since February of 2021, after providing excellent care for my late ex-husband during his final months with dementia and colon cancer in 220. I have always had positive experiences with her. She's attentive, pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and helps get to the source of a medical issue. Same with the office staff - very nice and helpful.

Dr. Broton was very thorough in her review of my health status both past and preset, including a general exam.

Dr. Broton is always welcoming and friendly. She is thorough, takes time to explain, and makes sure we’ve covered everything I needed to cover. I feel so fortunate to have her as my doctor, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent doctor, not only for medical care, but with a personal touch.

I switched to Dr. Broton about a year ago from my prior primary which I had for 20 years. She took the time to listen to me, found out the problem and got me to the correct specialists to get my issues addressed. I appreciated the time she spent listening and caring to my concerns, it makes the world of a difference when a doctor does that.

Dr Broton is the greatest! I'm fairly new to her. I've only been a patient for a year but so far she's amazing. She takes her time and listens. I never feel put off or that she doesn't listen to my concerns.

Was actually TOLD to visit my PCP by my husband's cardiologist who I've seen 3-4 times/yr w/my husband for 15 years. She said something is wrong and I needed to see my PCP. She insisted I made an appt before I left her office. Admittedly, I have been physically exhausted and not well, so I followed orders and saw Dr. Broton the next day. Told her I was extremely exhausted and not well and was told I looked pale and "off" and ill by another medical professional. I had been physically going downhill for about a year. Dr. did bloodwork and (actually for the second time), the office BLOCKED my messages to her. After she got them, I felt that she did a cursory glance at the results and didn't answer my root causes for concern to go to her originally. I felt left out on my own and told her so and now, I need to find another doctor to truly go through my bloodwork and help me with the root cause of what is going on. My quality of life should be her concern. Apparently, it is not.

She turned a free annual physical into a $160 office visit. It is the policy of Edward Medical Group to charge for an office visit if the doctor brings up patient history during a medical visit. They consider this "addressing a significant problem/abnormality" per their pink slip they give you during registration

Excellent visit with Dr Broton. She always listens to everything you say and helps to relax any worries you may have with a calming way.

Dr. Broton and staff have always been caring and accommodating to my needs. Especially during this pandemic, Dr. Broton has gone out of her way to do video visits or calls (my request) to minimize my exposures to potential Covid. As a full time caregiver for my 90 year old father with end stage Alzheimer’s, I was concerned I could bring Covid home to him. I greatly appreciate Dr. Broton’s kindness in accommodating my situation with her continued professionalism and expertise.

My visit was, as usual, very positive. Dr. Broton is very professional as well as being very compassionate. Dr. Broton and the entire staff are what one would hope for when visiting a doctor.
