Dr was dismissive and condescending. The assistant and the front desk was very nice.

Worst doctor I’ve had the experience of dealing with. Do not go here!

Do not go here! Worse medical treatment ever!

Took four months to get my appointment. Doctors first appointment went well with me. I had high hopes they never called me back for my second one so I wind up calling them. This was August 23, January 10, 2024 was my closest appointment I live right around the corner from his office yet after telling them this and then making me an appointment the day before my appointment they tell me I have to drive almost an hour to his other office that he’s not there on Wednesdays. I said we’ll then book my appointment for Thursday. They said I had to wait another month. I said that’s unacceptable. You guys messed up the office manager who manages both buildings San Pedro and the one in Long Beach on Palos Verdes was so rude. I told her I would come down to talk to the doctor myself on Thursdays when he is there she threatened to call security if I came down there talk to the doctor! This woman is not profession . The doctor seems to be nice from what I could tell but his staff is very rude Beware

Never have I ever felt so mistreated before at any doctors office in my life. I came in because I was bounced around from my primary care doc saying I needed to see urgent care for further cultures for lower neck ache lymph nodes pain, throat pain, tonsil white puss and fever. Urgent care said I needed to see an Ent. I went here and the doctor talked with me for 5 minutes, left the room and helped another patient, I waited 30 in there- and then he came back and didn’t even offer to do a culture?? I asked him to please do so- he did. Then after his nurse explained they would call me with the results, being very accomadating due to my distance and state of discomfort I was in. The doctor said I had to wait another week before knowing anything which I thought was crazy. I waited though, but no one ever called me. I called to follow up and their rude receptionist was so unbelievably unkind and uncaring - told me no one was going to call me before the holiday to tell me if my results were

I had a very poor experience with this doctor. His attitude really rubbed me the wrong way; he was quite argumentative and dismissive with my elderly father. IF you want to work with the public have some patience and compassion. I will never return.

I was thrilled to find Dr. Divi (through an internet search). He is very responsive to questions and very thorough. Sympathetic to my lifelong issues which are chronic (this has not been true of many other doctors). I liked his office staff, too. They are friendly and efficient. Also, I did not have to wait very long for my appt. (usual time, within 20-30 mins).

Dr. Divi is knowledgeable, efficient & a friendly young doctor who provides you with information that is easy to comprehend. He thoroughly explains procedures and your treatment plan. He spends more than adequate amount of time with you. When you leave his office, you feel very content with the visit. He is easy to reach by phone and returns phone calls in a prompt manner. Wendy, the office manager, is a great asset to the office. She is very efficient, helpful and approachable.

Excellent communication, listening and diagnostic skills. Excellent advice. I got great results from my first visit. Doctor is very knowledgeable.
