Dr. Venkatesh Janakiraman, MD

I Have never had an appointment where I did not have to wait an hour. When I asked about this they said this is the way the doctor wants it done. I walked in for my appointment and for once the waiting room was not full of people. Office staff no where to be seen. I waited for over an hour. Then I finally asked if I was on the schedule. They tried to gaslight me and say I did not check in. They do not care about the patients !!!!!! No apology either. I was literally the only one in the waiting room at times and they did not bother to ask or check their schedule, yet they bombarded me with texts about my appointment. The office is so small you can hear everyone elses appointment. So much for HIPPA rights. I just walked out before I really got angry with their incompetance. I am still livid and do not need the aggravation of dealing with the incompetance from so-called professionals. The staff are hostile, arrogant, and very mean.

Dr. Venkatesh Janakiraman aka VJ is the absolute worst my cousin has ever encountered; he's unbelievably rude and obnoxious to the core!!!!

Worst Dr ever. He was rude to the point of being cruel. I couldn't wait to find a new one. Minimizes concerns and told me just to live with it. Inefficient staff. Tried to get them to apply for a program an when it was finally approved and reimbursement sent they just kept it. Too bad if you are in Medicare - he is pretty much all you get.

My wife had a stroke and our visit was very informative and reassuring. Dr. VJ gave us much hope for a very good, but realistic recovery.
